You'll fall in love with this beach house the moment you step inside - it's the perfect home base for your next adventures! This special, snowbird-friendly abode enjoys an unbeatable location on St. George Island, atop a high sandy lot with views of the Gulf of Mexico. A peaceful beach is within a quarter-mile stroll, and you can reach Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve in a block and a half. This quiet street is wonderful for restful retreats.

One of the main draws of this dog-friendly home is the fantastic time you'll spend outdoors. Launch the two provided kayaks (with carts for your use!) and take daily dips in the private, in-ground saltwater pool on the enclosed back patio. The pool area also has an outdoor dining area and poolside seating, which you can enjoy before walking down to the beach for an unforgettable sunset.

Upon entering the house, you'll discover an open-concept living area with an abundance of natural light and coastal decor. The kitchen has been appointed with all the essentials to prepare delicious homemade meals and beach snacks on the go. The living area leads you to a Gulf-view screened porch that invites you to relax and revel in the sounds and cool breezes of the sea. It's a great spot to dine alfresco, play board games, and simply experience coastal living at its finest. Additional home perks include a beautiful soaking tub in the main bedroom and an on-site washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
