In a perfect location, this property strikes just the right balance of having everything easily accessible, yet very secluded with a breathtaking view of Mt. Bachelor! The Old Mill District, Drake Park, the road to Mt. Bachelor, and the shops and restaurants in Rustic Downtown Bend are all conveniently close by. The property is set at the end of the road on 10 Private Acres, biking trails literally in the backyard!
This picture perfect home is updated with modern finishes in all the areas where it counts. The open-concept main level has a gorgeous new kitchen with a large island that seats 4, new appliances for all your cooking needs and a dining table for 6 adjacent to the kitchen. Our property is minutes away from everything Bend has to offer. There is a grocery store, mercantile, pub and salon all within walking distance but you feel like you are in your own secluded paradise. The only visitors wandering down the road are likely a deer family!

The mountain view from the expansive deck and patio for gathering around a fire pit make this home a perfect place to gather friends and family. The cozy interior of the home has lots of space for hanging out together or having a little quiet time on your own. When your ready to explore Bend it is minutes away.
