Less than six miles from your retreat, explore and play at Pirate's Island Adventure Golf, Zooworld Zoological Park, the M.B. Miller County Pier, and St. Andrews State Park.

Relaxation is key inside the interior of your stay. Whip up tropical treats amongst the well-equipped kitchen's granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Or, simply sit down and stream your favorite shows in the spacious living room.

An excellent night of slumber will come naturally as you tune the central air-conditioning to your liking and crawl under the soft linens in the bedroom. Shared access to a washer/dryer rounds out the condo's stellar perks!

Things to Know
Guests must be 25 years or older. Those who are not must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the HOA office on-site. Parking passes are $30 per pass (one max) and amenity wristbands are $6 per band (four max). Wristbands must be worn by everyone over the age of 12.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
