This fun two-bedroom resort-style condo in Palm Springs is a fantastic vacation home. The gated community offers heated swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts. Enjoy the private backyard with a grill and dining outdoors. This relaxing retreat is a fully stocked kitchen and wet bar with an air fryer, fridge, and washer and dryer. You'll have every comfort of home, plus so much more. Each room has a comfortable desk, strong wi-fi, outdoor seating areas, and good phone reception.

At first glance, you find a relaxing living room with Roku TV, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, an ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, garbage disposal, electric stove, microwave, and air-fryer. Dining area for four guests and a 1980’s wet bar with a sink, mini-fridge, bar glassware, coffee station with Espresso machine, and espresso pods.
The Guest bedroom is bright and airy with natural light. Complete with a queen memory foam mattress, cozy bedspread, side dressers, clothes hanging rack, hamper basket, and a desk for remote work.
The Master bedroom has access to the backyard with natural light. Equipped with a large king memory foam mattress, cozy bedspread, mid-century bed furniture, Roku TV, ceiling-high mirrors, sitting area, walk-in closet with clothes rack, dresser, and a desk for remote work.
Our bathroom is charming and offers a bathtub for a calming soak or shower.
We offer an on-site Samsung washer and dryer, dryer balls, laundry detergent, and an ironing kit along, with a Dyson vacuum and cleaning supplies.

Remote worker? Even better! Each room is equipped with a comfortable desk, strong wi-fi, and good phone reception.

Your booking includes the entire home. Enter the community off Francis Dr. with a key code. To enter the home you will have an assigned smart-lock code that will allow you to come and go as you please. You will be given a gate key card and a garage opener to use during your stay.

Please know an intelligent nest doorbell is in place for security and package delivery when guests are present and not.

Parking is available on the driveway, in unassigned parking spaces, or use the garage if your car fits.

There is no smoking allowed inside the home. This is a smoke-free home. If you smoke on the patio, please pick up and clean after yourself.

No loud music. Our community enjoys its peace and keeps the music down to a reasonable volume.

Please clean up any spills and not leave any wet clothes or towels on the furniture to avoid damaging the property.

Please report damage or broken property to give us enough time to replace or fix it.

Use appliances responsibly.

Lock all doors when not in the home.

Keep your pets on a leash on walks.

Before you check-out please follow the checkout instructions. As a common courtesy, dispose of trash into the dumpster, clean up and put things back in their original place.

Please return all keys, fobs, garage opener, and pool key to their original place for the next guest to use.

There is a refundable deposit of $500 when booking our home. It is refunded after your stay if all house rules are followed and nothing is damaged during your stay.

Policy: you are responsible for any damage and required cleaning services that your pet causes. Laundry and cleaning supplies are included with your stay.

All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit, which is due within 72 hours of booking. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: if you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy.
