The Double Knot was put together to honor the marriage of the owners, Erik and Rachel. They were first married in Holland and then again in Topsail with friends and family - hence the Double Knot!

The fully equipped kitchen provides the perfect place to whip up your favorite meals. With modern appliances, generous counter space, and all the essentials, you'll feel right at home.

Bedroom Retreats:
This top unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across its three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a spacious queen size bed with California Design Den linen. The second bedroom holds two sets of bunk beds (4 twin size beds) and shares a bathroom with the master bedroom. The third bedroom features a plush queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and convenience. There are 55" smart TVs located in every bedroom in addition to the 65" TV located in the living room.

Outdoor Bliss:
Feel free to use any of the beach equipment found in the shed out back. We've provided everything from beach chairs, to kayaks, beach toys, even life vests - all with your convenience in mind. If you like to grill, you're welcome to use our gas grill located on the back deck. Finally, if you enjoy sitting outside and listening to the waves crash and looking up at the stars, take some time to do that on either front or back deck, you'll be able to hear it and it's the best right before bed.

South Topsail Beach offers a slice of paradise with its pristine shores, but there's more to explore just beyond the beach. Discover charming local shops, waterfront dining, and recreational activities like fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding. For nature enthusiasts, the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehabilitation Center is a must-visit.

Other things to note
Guests have access to the entire top unit of the house. The top unit cannot be accessed internally from the bottom unit and vice versa. Outdoor stairs are the only wait to get up or down. Washer and Dryer are not provided in the top unit.
