About this space
The cottage is on a farm that was purchased by Brandon’s great great grandparents in 1917 for $1800 and has been in the family ever since. It is nestled in the trees with the perfect amount of privacy. IDEAL for bird and wildlife watching, feeders throughout the property attract a wide variety of incredible avian species. The property has an 1119 foot landing strip for anyone who wants to fly a small plane in and park it in the field during their stay.

-Kitchen has a small fridge with freezer, a stove and is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking meals, microwave, air fryer, keurig coffee maker stocked with coffee pods
-2 outdoor BBQ grills (1 gas, 1 briquettes)
-Ac/heat
-Outdoor gas fire pit
-Very quiet and private setting with a small pond (NO FISHING please)
Other things to note
Note: The cottage is on a working farm so while we try and give guests as much privacy as possible, please know that tractor and other equipment noise, especially during hay season, is inevitable.
