Vacation At Its Finest presents “Ash in the Sand,” a stunning 3300 sq. ft. three-story vacation home perfect for large groups. With six bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and multiple living spaces, this home is designed for family fun, featuring an outdoor entertainment area with a heated pool, Smart TVs, a Ping Pong table, a Foosball table, gas grill, six bikes, and a six-seat golf cart.

Upon entering “Ash in the Sand”, guests will find a large open floor plan with beautiful coastal décor throughout. The custom kitchen offers a gorgeous waterfall breakfast bar with seating for five, tons of cabinets and counter space, top-of-the-line appliances, all necessary cooking appliances and dining room seating for eight guests. Additionally, you will find your first-floor living space with an oversized sectional and seating. As you make your way through the great room, you will find the primary master bedroom, with a stunning bathroom offering double sinks and your own private entrance to the outside lounge area and pool. Also, a washer and dryer are found on the first floor.
The main floor is extended to the outside patio and pool area boasting tons of seating, two pool loungers, a 50” smart TV, gas grill, bar table, outdoor shower, and plenty of nighttime lighting to enjoy your evening under the stars. NOTE: There is an additional fee for the pool to be heated.
The second floor includes an additional living space and three bedrooms, one of which is a second master suite featuring a private balcony. There is also a shared bathroom on this level. The third floor has a wet bar and two more bedrooms, each with its own private entrance, to the front balcony.
The 3rd floor has a cool beachy vibe with great seating, a foosball table, a 65’ smart TV, a stunning wet bar area for entertaining, and the entrance to the upper balcony with both highchair seating and sofa seating that overlooks the pool. Down the hall brings two more
bedrooms, a king and a queen bed, and another full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Beach access is just down the street at Gulf View Heights Beach Access, one of the most coveted beach access points on 30A, with restrooms and lifeguards (in season from 10 am - 6 pm) and that has both car and golf cart parking!
NOTE: The primary renter must be 25 and stay during the entire rental period.
*** Spring Break (March / April) ***
For reservations in March or April, it is required that one (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 24. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all booking charges
** Vacation at Its Finest Starter Pack **
We pamper our guests with a complimentary starter pack of amenities, which includes the following items: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, sleep mask, loofah, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, Keurig coffee pods, laundry pods, and Bounce dryer sheets. Once the initial starter pack is used up, guests will need to provide their own amenities.
**Accidental Damage Protection**: Your reservation includes a non-refundable accidental damage protection plan that covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property up to $3,000. All incidents must be reported immediately. Please note that this plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or damages caused by pets.
**IMPORTANT BEFORE ARRIVAL**
All guests must sign a Guest Rental Agreement directly with Vacation at its Finest and provide a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, for age and identity verification. This property includes a golf cart; guests must also sign a Golf Cart Addendum. The minimum age to operate the golf cart is 21, and a valid driver’s license is required. No exceptions.
