There is an elegant seating area and TV adjacent to the main-floor balcony, so you can open the doors and enjoy the island breezes as you unwind after a long beach day. Contemporary amenities make the kitchen a chef’s dream, with new appliances, generous counter space, bar-high seating at the island, and a roomy formal dining room.

Your primary bedroom is a perfect retreat, with a King bed, nightstands creating ambient lighting, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with dual vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub. Guests will love the second and third bedrooms, whose beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers are modern and stylish. The fourth bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a twin trundle, perfect for making slumber party memories, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower for beach day clean-up. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for guest use.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
