Hilton Head, a Queens Grant Coastal Villa 6 min walk to beach in Palmetto Dunes

2 BR/2BA villa newly renovated & furnished awaiting your arrival! Nestled in Queens Grant located within the Palmetto Dunes Resort, just a short walk to the beach. You may also enjoy one of the 5 community pools Queens Grant has to offer. You can find everything you need at the General Store, steps away from the front door of the villa. Guests have access to pickle ball and tennis courts. Nearby you will find 3 award-winning golf courses, Robert Trent Jones, George Fazio and Arthur Hills.

The space

This villa is currently being renovated with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. The unit will feature all new furniture and appliances! Current photos are of the unit prior to renovation. New photos will be uploaded soon! The villa offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen with full size stainless steel appliances and everything you need to feel at home when vacationing. The dining area accommodates 8. The living room features lofted ceilings and a full size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. The master suite is furnished with a king sized bed and a smart TV. Bedroom 2 is furnished with 2 full size beds and a smart TV. The bedrooms and living room feature ceiling fans that can be used at the guests discretion. Guests have access to a private outdoor deck with seating and a propane grill. A washer and dryer are also available within the unit.

Guest access

Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire villa along with a private patio located out back. There are 5 community pools within the Queens Grant community for guests to enjoy. In addition, guests may utilize the pickle ball and tennis courts. There is a fee for the use of the courts and it is highly recommended to book in advance as time slots fill up quickly.

Other things to note

The cleaning service provides a starter pack containing shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, paper towels and laundry soap. Cleaning supplies are available for use as needed, under the kitchen sink.
Bath towels and bed linens are provided.
Please plan to bring your own beach towels.
A beach wagon is available for guests to use at their convenience.
You will need to pick up a parking pass at the security office upon arrival. Your parking pass will give you access throughout Palmetto Dunes. Passes are a one time fee of $25 per pass. Maximum passes permitted per stay is 2.
There is no assigned parking. Parking is first come first serve within the Queens Grant Development.
A keyless entry code will be available for use in your welcome packet.
Queens Grant pools are open from April through September.
The Dunes Buggy is available for courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove March through Labor Day.
There are 3 restaurants within walking distance, Alexanders (formal), The Dunes House (beachfront), and Big Jims (clubhouse).
Bikes, kayaks, canoes and fishing rentals are available nearby at Hilton Head Outfitters.
Shelter Cove Harbor Marina is located across the street. This is a great place for dining, shopping, entertainment, water sport rentals and boating tours.
If you need groceries, Kroger’s, Fresh Market, The General Store and Whole Foods are all

located nearby.

It is highly recommended to think ahead when planning to golf and make a tee time.
