Desert Joyce’s home the place to stay! In the heart of the Coachella Valley!

This beautiful vacation home located at Indian palm public golf course community .. the house is very close to many world famous entertainment and community like Coachella music festival , PGA west golf club, Indian Wells tennis club, many , many casinos around, just in 5-20 minutes ,also very quiet community. The home is close to Costco and Walmart which is within a 10 minute radius. Very easy to get your shopping essentials. Also close to Starbucks coffee, LG stake house , best sushi restaurant area…

GOLF INFO:
The centerpiece of the resort facility is our 27-hole championship golf course, which has recently undergone a three phase revitalization process designed to modernize the facility while preserving the historic integrity of the property. Indian Palms’ three nine hole courses – the Mountain, Royal and Indian nines – are designed to provide tests of accuracy rather than strength and distance.

In addition, each nine offers a slightly diverse style of golf challenge, taking full advantage of its majestic surroundings, offering the perfect challenge to ignite the interest of any caliber of golfer. Throughout your round, you will come across strategically placed bunkers and water comes into play on 15 of the 27 holes. In contrast to most desert courses, hundreds of mature trees line each fairway. Our signature hole is the 301 yard par-4 5th Hole on the Mountain Nine – featuring our island green.

nice home in Indio

property was lovely, spacious with lots of room. nice pool but weather was not good enough to use. would stay here again.

Indian wells

We came for Indian wells and the space accommodated 7 comfortably. Neighborhood is very nice and beds were comfortable. The only thing is that I did not receive any check in or check out instructions. I had to reach out to support to get the information to get inside of the house.

Indio vacation

House was clean and well maintained. Communication with host was poor. House is in a gated community and there are multiple entrances but only one has a guard house which we needed to enter by to get a pass for the week. Took numerous attempts before I was given the code for the key to the door. Wi-Fi code was hand written on a small box. No welcome book which you usually see with short term rentals

Beautiful home but no host support

The home was beautifully decorated and spotless. My family enjoyed each having their own room with a television. The pool table is not regulation size and the legs are wobbly, but it still functions. There are no darts for the dart board probably because there are tons of holes in the wall from previous people missing the dartboard. The neighborhood is very clean and I felt safe walking early in the morning. The kitchen has everything you need, but there are no amenities in the bathrooms such as shampoo or soap. The biggest issue was communication with the host. I was not provided any instructions for checking in. I had not received the code for the door until I requested it the morning of the day I was supposed to arrive. I was not told that the home is located in a gated complex. There was no information at the guard gate regarding my stay. The guard gate told me that the host needed to add my name. I had to contact the host to add my name so we could enter the property. This is something that should’ve been done ahead of time. We specifically rented this property because it had a pool and spa. There were no instructions in the home about usage of the pool or spa. When I contacted the host I received one word, broken English answers. There was no welcome booklet or any info about the complex or amenities such as community pools. This could be a five star VRBO, but the host needs to work on communication.
