A fully stocked kitchen, super comfy new sectional, large family/dining spaces, 4 spacious bedrooms, and a large paved outdoor space for gatherings and playing corn hole! Everything is sparkling clean and the whole house gets great natural sunlight! Plenty of large TV's to watch the games if you don't feel like weathering the heat or the crowds!

The home has an additional in home bedroom/bath with a separate exterior entrance which is inaccessible to guests that might be occupied by the Alumni owners for 1 or 2 games per season . This room/bath has no access to the common areas when owners are on sight and guests have full private use of all amenities.
