About this space
Your whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.
Large single family home on 1.4 acres with an in-ground pool and built-in outdoor cooking space. Near to beaches , hiking trails right across the street and many more just up the road. The house is a mere mile from 6A making the entire Cape easily accessible for day trips and adventures from Provincetown to Boston and beyond.
The space
The house has plenty of space for the whole family. 4+ bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms set you up for comfort and privacy. The large deck, pool patio space and yard give you ample space to enjoy the beautiful weather, read a book in the hammock or swim the day away and nap on one of the many chaise lounges by the pool. Each bed room has new Casper mattresses and high end bedding throughout.
Guest access
The entire home except for the garage + basement are available and open for you to enjoy.
Other things to note
The home has lots of out door dining options with plenty of space for all your guests and a few friends to share a meal.

Hello- My husband has lived on the Cape for 25 years, originally from England, I have been here about 7 years, prior to that I lived in San Francisco for 18 years. We live just down the road from this home with our two children and love to share this magical area with others.

We love the Sandwich are of the Cape for it's ease of travel from place to place, so many nearby beaches and amazing hiking and biking trails just around the corner. We also love the access to the salt marshes for kayaking and paddleboarding.

This home is a quiet little oasis. Located on 1.4 acres with an in-ground pool, and lots of yard space, you can choose to play onsite all day without needing to leave...or you can drive a few quick minutes to a beach and then back again for a backyard BBQ and a late afternoon swim.
