Welcome to this Modern One Bedroom Gem, located a couple minutes from the Denver Tech Center, State Parks and more, making this a perfect location for your Colorado vacation or work traveling needs.
Upon entry into the space, you'll be greeted with a large, open space. You'll find a comfortable sofa, cozy fireplace and big screen tv. Kick up your feet and enjoy the fire with a glass of wine or hot cup of tea after a long day exploring or working. This space has dining for 4 and boasts the open kitchen for easy entertaining or gathering. Head into the kitchen and find a well stocked kitchen. The bedroom offers a luxury queen mattress, comfortable linens for a good nights sleep, as we value comfortable mattresses and linens. The bedroom is also where you'll find the office work space, comfortable enough for remote working needs. The bathroom has a tub and shower combo and there is private laundry in the unit. The sliding door and vaulted ceilings let in plenty of light and fresh air, and gives the space an airy feel. We include a tall, plug in and comfortable queen air mattress if needed for extra guests.
