1880s Cottage in Woodbury, NY. Mostly original nanny house for Guggenheim estate. This is an older home in the moutains, only an hour from NYC. It's well maintained and clean, but rustic. Located directly across from the lake at Falkirk golf course. The home is two miles from the Woodbury Commons Outlets, twenty minutes to Westpoint and Legoland, and thirty minutes from the winery in Washingtonville NY. Two bedrooms, one full bath, galley kitchen and living room with wood burning stove. The stove serves as supplemental heat in winter. There is a functional oil furnace/boiler, however in extreme cold you will need to operate the wood burning stove. Firewood is included. [With this in mind, winter months have been blocked out.
