This two-level, three-bedroom and three-bathroom rental with an amazing pool is the perfect getaway for up to six guests. A welcoming living area greets your guests with vaulted ceilings and amazing views of the tropical landscaped backyard. You and your guests can grab a seat and relax on the couch, catch up on favorite tv shows or catch up with fellow guests over effortless conversations. The fully equipped kitchen is sure to help satisfy every craving and will make any level chef happy. It features stainless steel appliances, broad countertops, and island seating, ideal for eating a quick snack and entertaining the cook. In addition to the two tables in the living area, there is an outdoor table for guests to enjoy their meals while delighting in the tropical island breeze. On the front deck is seating that is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and energizing for your Anna Maria Island adventure-filled days and sipping your favorite tropical drinks in the evening.

The primary bedroom offers the ultimate retreat to unwind and catch up on much-needed sleep. The private deck is ideal for embracing the island breeze and a luxe ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a fun tropical feel and has an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The third bedroom will make guests feel like they never left the beach. There is a tv for late-night entertainment and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area to provide all guests with the perfect stay.

-Second Bedroom, 1st Floor: King bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
-Third Bedroom, 2nd Floor: Queen bed, tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub.
-Living Area, 1st Floor: Queen sleeper sofa.

This property does not have traditional cable TV access. Each TV in this property is equipped with ROKU. Through the use of the ROKU, you will be able to access your private accounts on streaming apps such as Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, etc.

There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
