We're so excited to host you!

This house is 2034 sq feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pool, gym & game amenities.

We are able to accommodate 6 guests. Pet-friendly for an additional pet fee of $100! The pet fee allows up to 2 dogs. If you have more than 2 dogs, please feel free to inquire about exceptions or additional fees.

*Please do not try to hide the fact of bringing a pet. This impacts our cleaning protocol and we will need to pay our cleaner an additional fee for extra cleaning. We would much rather you be honest and upfront than find out from our cleaner or see on our ring camera later.

★ HEATED POOL ★

The pool cover needs to stay on to maintain the pool heater temp. The pool heater alone will not hold temp in colder weather. The heater can only hold heat to 20 degrees above ambient temperature. **We will only run the pool heater from October to May.**

★ Living Room ★
Cozy and Luxe, you'll feel comfortable and relaxed in our stylish living room space. Enjoy watching the 60-inch ROKU TV with the ability to log into the major TV apps using your personal log-in. Please note, that the fireplace is off-limits for burning!

★ Kitchen & Dining ★
A dining table for 6 is in the kitchen. The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating at home. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. A dishwasher is available for use at your convenience.

Coffee will be provided for you to make by either a single K cup or full pot at our mini coffee station which also doubles as a desk.

★ Patio, Pool, BBQ & Gym ★
Enjoy your morning coffee while hanging in the fun egg chairs just kicking back under the covered outdoor patio which also leads to the private pool.

Families can rest easy with younger children knowing a pool fence has been installed. Photos to reflect coming soon!

Whether you're a barbecue enthusiast or a fitness fanatic, we've got you covered. Fire up the grill and savor a mouthwatering BBQ experience right in our backyard (near the pool)

And for those seeking a mindful workout session, our mini-gym facility awaits, complete with a yoga mat and a weighing ball for your exercise needs.

Get ready to elevate your stay with endless entertainment options. Unwind with a friendly game of mini-billiard or test your aim at the dartboard, conveniently located near the entrance. But the fun doesn't stop there—delight in a variety of board games and yard games that await you during your stay. Spacious and luxurious. This bedroom features a large King-size bed with a memory foam mattress. There’s a huge bathroom space with a shower and tub for you to truly relax in. There’s a huge walk-in closet as well. When you want to cozy up in bed, you can kick on the aromatherapy.

★ Bedroom #2 ★
Another king-size bed lies in the center of this bedroom room. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful night's sleep. A 30" ROKU TV is in this bedroom.

★ Bedroom #3 ★
This bedroom features a queen-size and aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful night's sleep. Another 30" ROKU TV is in this bedroom.

★ Bathroom ★
Centered in the hall is a bathroom for bedrooms 2+3 that features a shower & a toilet. Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and blow dryer are provided for your stay.

Bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryers, and towels. Black makeup towels are also provided. complete with 1 bath, 1 hand towel, and 1 black makeup towel per guest.

The bedrooms are complete with linens and pillows.

For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest will be provided. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience.

Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided.

★ PARKING ★
You will have a designated two-car garage and two-car driveway.

We are available to guests and our response time is usually within 5-10 minutes. For urgent emergencies, use the phone number in the guest manual.

Set in a very residential neighborhood, you'll have peace, relaxation, and sweet neighbors during your stay.

With that being said, we do ask you respect the peace & quiet of the neighborhood.

As you step through the entrance, you'll notice our commitment to your security with the presence of a Ring camera near the door, ensuring your peace of mind throughout your stay.

★ CANCELLATION ★
Should you choose to cancel your reservation, please note that we will adhere to the cancellation policy, and a refund will be promptly initiated. Kindly be aware of a 3% deduction to cover processing fees.

Refunds won't be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
- No Shoes: Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.

- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping (including marijuana and tobacco) are NOT allowed inside or on the patio. A $500 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.

- No Mailing Packages: Do NOT send or receive packages at the property.

- No Excessive Guests: Additional guests NOT on the reservation require approval and will incur a $50 fee per guest.

- Report Damages: If anything breaks, notify us immediately through the app with a photo. Failure to report damages will result in a $150 fine plus repair costs.

- No Parties: No parties inside or outside the property since this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise must be minimal after 9:00 PM - 7AM. Violating this will result in the termination of your reservation.

- Noise & Security: Violation of the noise ordinance or tampering with security devices will lead to immediate reservation termination with NO refund and a $500 fine with possible legal action.

- Excessive Cleaning: $100 fee if the property is left with excessive trash.

- Keep Doors Closed: Refunds won't be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
