Live for a few days or weeks in this “Dream Studio” along to a private backyard. European marble floors.

Parking:

Street parking is available around the house. The outside of the house offers ample space for guest parking.

Guest Guidelines:

We verify our guests to ensure that they are seeking to stay for the right reasons. Our space is located in a residential neighborhood with neighbors we want to respect.

Pets
Guests are allowed to bring 2 pets that are no more than 25 lbs. We have an artificial grass in the property, but it is not pet waste resistant. We kindly request you to bring your pets outside when they need to go to the bathroom to avoid damaging the artificial grass.

The neighborhood offers walkable, lush, tree-lined streets that guests can explore at their leisure. If guests wish to travel around the city, they can get around easily in their cars. Top tourist spots such as Miami Beach, Brickell and South Beach are 20 minutes away. Free parking is available for guests at the house. Additionally, ride-sharing apps like Lyft and Uber offer guests easy accessibility to the top restaurants and hot spots in the city. The house is a 20-minute walk away from the Coconut Grove Village.
