Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

Please note that starting Monday, July 21, 2025, the Tahoe Village office, pool, and spa will be temporarily closed for renovations as we begin construction on a brand-new clubhouse. Demolition work will begin immediately, and the new facilities are expected to be completed by December 31st, weather permitting. We appreciate your understanding as the community improves its amenities for an even better guest experience in the future.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
