Casa 69 is the perfect place to stay in the gated community of Esterillos Hills. It is well equipped with everything you need to make your stay easier and confortable. It is located at only 12-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Casa 69 offers a relaxing and cozy stay with its private swimming pool with waterfall surrounded by lush tropical vegetation. Located at 20 minutes by car from Jacó and approximately 1h45 from Juan Santamaria Airport.
The Bedrooms
This charming two-story home comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests. The first bedroom features a French door that opens onto a private terrace with lush jungle views, filling the space with natural light and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The second spacious bedroom, located on the mezzanine, overlooks the sparkling swimming pool, creating a bright and airy retreat. A comfortable sofa bed provides extra sleeping space for one or two additional guests.

Esterillos is central to two large marinas (Quepos Marina and Los Suenos Marina) and is well known to be a fishing mecca. Surfing is also very popular in the area and there are surf shops offering lessons.
This home is 2 hrs from San Jose airport and 30min from the booming beach town of Jaco.
If you are looking for a place to recharge and explore look no further, this is the place for you. You can literally walk for miles in either direction along the beach and enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The west end of the village features a unique lava reef, that emerges at low tide forming natural pools and showcasing the famous mermaid statue. The east side gives the town its name, thanks to the estuary, which is also an excellent spot for fishing.
