We stayed here for spring break. Very clean and had everything we needed. Very close to the beach.

Great location for family of 12

Property is a short walk to the beach access. Pool was on the smaller side but only packed once when we went to swim. House is great. It is 3 floors so lots of steps but it was nice to have the bunk room on the bottom floor with a little sitting area. Kitchen had everything we needed. Parking for 2 at the condo but found parking on site as well. Nice outdoor shower. Playground across the street was a hit and good place to get out energy in the evenings once it cooled down. Night times were loud due to the live outdoor music at the bar across the street. They stopped playing each night at 11 so not too bad. Would definitely book this condo again.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall everything was great. There were a few lightbulbs burned out. One ceiling fan wasn't working and one toilet ran off and on. But overall we would visit again!

Good family friendly condo, great location!

Check-in & check-out process was smooth & per instructions. Great location to beach access, playground, & pool (very small & not regularly cleaned like most other pools). We asked about beach towels, high chair, baby gates, pack&play, & sound machine (a must since music from “Trailer Park” bar is very loud & going till 11pm). Was informed to let our beach assistance know when she reaches out. She informed us the place doesn’t offer beach towels (owner’s responsibility) but offered options on where to purchased, dropped all other items. We had to contact again for 9V for smoke detector that hubby replaced. Pool wasn’t cleaned entire 5 days we were there & got very dirty. Location was great for beach & playground, outdoors shower (with hot water is great). Compared to other units in the same one, this one needs upgrades & hand soap in all bathroom & kitchen (provide dish soap but not hand soap). Talking to others that were renting, they had beach gear, wagon, shampoo/conditioner, & hand soaps. We love the location but would definitely try other units. Deducting a star for soap &missing beach towels (since we asked)

Wonderful family trip.

The property was clean and near the beach, about a 5 minute walk. Host was very responsive. In total there was 13 of us and we fit fine. I would definitely come by and stay here again.

Happy stay!

Our stay here was wonderful. We were close to the beach access so that was a plus! There were enough rooms for us and the living room area was big enough for us to gather and have dinner or play some games together.
