ABSOLUTELY No Smoking inside the home nor outside by the pool. Please Dry yourself before hanging out inside the home. Keep food in dining and kitchen areas, not in bedrooms or living rooms. If there are dirty dishes please put them ALL in the dishwasher and run dishwasher to clean. Guest is responsible for buying dishwasher soap during their stay. $50 fee for dirty dishes. If any dirty towels please leave in a pile on bathroom floor
