Tämä kaunis, tilava viisi makuuhuonetta, kolme täyttä kylpyamme, uusi rakennus Culloden Shores on ihanteellinen perheen vuokra. Kävele rannalle ja Montauk Harbor. House on vain kadulla yksityinen ranta kauniisti rauhallinen Block Island ääni. Tämä käänteinen pohjapiirros kotiin on 4 makuuhuonetta ensimmäisessä kerroksessa (2 Queen Beds, yksi koko sänky ja yksi makuuhuone 2 sarjaa kerrossänky (täydellinen lapsille). Toisessa kerroksessa on suuri avoin pohjapiirros keittiö (paikkainen 4), ruokasali (istumatilaa 8) ja olohuone (takka) ja kylpyamme ja makuuhuoneessa (on sohva, jossa on pohja vyöryä). Olohuoneessa sohva myös avautuu queen. Astu ulos päin suuri toisessa kerroksessa kannen vedellä näkemyksiä, grilli ja terassi pöytä ja tuolit.
Talo on täydellinen pari perheiden tai suurperheen lomalla yhdessä! Kaikki mitä tarvitset pakata on vaatteisiin ja hygieniatuotteita. Talo on täysin kalustettu ja siinä on kaikki mukavuudet lapsille (lähetä meille täydellinen luettelo), joten jätä sippy kupit ja hupullinen pyyhkeet kotiin! Tarjoamme myös kaikki ranta ja suihku pyyhkeet, silitysrauta ja hiustenkuivaaja. Suuri taulutelevisio olohuoneessa ja ilmainen wifi.
Jälkeen rentouttava päivä meidän kaunis yksityinen ranta, tulla kotiin ja huuhtele pois kuuma tai kylmä ulkosuihku iltapäivällä auringonvaloa tanssia puista. Runsaasti tilaa pihalla lapsille pelata!
Ota 15 minuutin kävelymatkan Montauk Harbor, jossa voi kalastaa, ruokailla tai ostoksia. Tai pelata kentän kuuluisan Montauk Downs golfkenttä, käy Tänne Hills State Park olivat voit kalastaa ympäri vuoden ja saada luvat kalastaa yöllä, tai kokeile "kävely dyynit" of Napeague.

Perfect Home- Outstanding Owner

I'm not sure where to start - everything about our week in Rachel's house was excellent. The house is beautiful - waterview from the deck- the bedrooms are a great size and easily accommodated my extended family for the week. We ate almost every meal on the deck. Rachel though of everything. Beach towels, beach chairs, bicycles, puzzles, poker chips, ping pong, basketball, hammock... There is nothing I could think to add to this house. Thank you, Rachel for sharing your home. We will definitely be back. I would highly recommend this home. We especially enjoyed - Salivar's and West Lake Fish House - but our fav is The Inlet over by the airport. The best night was a perfect sunset on the beach that is 6 houses away. Can't wait for next year!!

Amazing Family Vacation

Perfect Family vacation

This is the first time staying in this beautiful home but Definately not our last. We always come to Montauk on our boat and wanted to share this experience with our 1 year old grandson and his parents. We had an array of guests ranging from 1-80 years old. The beach was perfect for small children , walking distance 6 houses to private beach. There is everything you could want for beach there.' Large. Yard and deck . Having dinner and breakfast on deck every day was great. My son and his wife were so happy not to have to bring any equipment. Bedrooms spacious and great set up . Outdoor shower a great plus. Kitchen well stocked and large . Plenty Of room to sit at table for meals or play games on rainy day. Highly recommend for anyone with children . House excellent condition, very clean and everything you need is there.

Making Montauk Memories

This was my second time staying in the "Big Blue House" as my 3 year old refers to it. This was the first time our newborn and my husband joined in! It is SUCH a beautiful house, perfectly equipped with kid friendly toys and furniture! Probably some of the most comfortable furniture I've experienced in a rental house. It is STOCKED with everything from BUBBLES to BATTERIES! It truly feels like our home away from home. Its a super short walk straight to the beach- where my 3 year old LOVES to collect her rocks and shells. The house is in pristine condition, incredibly spacious, the outdoor area is HUGE and there is plenty to do to keep yourselves occupied. The large kitchen also lends itself to fun activities you can do with the kids! Daddy and our oldest made dinner one night for the family! There is laundry downstairs as well as an exercise area with equipment so my husband was very happy for his "gym time". We LOVE the Big Blue House and would highly recommend it for families/groups. We are already in talks to plan a future trip with another family for 2016!

favorite Montauk rental house

This is my families 3rd year of renting houses in Montauk for the week. By far this home, and that is exactly what this house is, is the most beautiful, clean, and family fun house that we have stayed in. The owner was friendly and was very accessible to answer any questions that I might have had. The house was stocked with anything that you would need for a weeks stay. We used the many water sport equipment along with small children toys that were provided and encouraged to use. The short walk to the private beach was easy and the sunsets every night before the bonfires on the beach. This house has it all. Already talked to the owner about next years rental. CAN'T WAIT!

Perfect house for families

This was our second year renting this house. it was perfect for my children and grandchildren. The house is clean, attractively decorated and has all of the equipment and toys that you would need. Perfect for family vacation

My family spent Thanksgiving in Montauk. We had never been there so delighted in exploring that wonderful part of the world. The house was perfectly situated for command central. Seven family members stayed at the house with another six at the nearby Yacht Club (which was reported as very nice). The house was cozy but accommodated the large crowd for Thanksgiving dinner quite easily, the well stocked kitchen, tables and chairs all made for a fabulous family experience. The beds were comfy, the neighborhood quiet, with great strolls right out the door. We visited many of the nearby parks for day hikes and of course the famous lighthouse. All in all we would come back in a minute.

Great house for families!

We stayed for a week with 2 other families (5 kids under 5!) and this house was perfect for us. Walking distance to a nice private calm water beach, a big lawn, and so many great toys for the little ones as well as sippy cups, kids plates/utensils, beach towels, and more. Best family vacation!

We were a family of 4 (kids 6 and 3) and spent two weeks at this house. We had an absolutely fantastic vacation. The home was immaculate and super close to the sound beach. The kids loved the beach, felt comfortable swimming and loved the nighttime camp fires on the sand. The best part of the stay was that the house has an amazing array of equipment and toys. We used the kayak, stand up paddle, ping pong, power wheels cars, etc. It was a turnkey family vacation and I'm certain we'll be back!

Unbelievable Montauk getaway!

This excellent NEW house is located on a totally safe and beautiful neighborhood near Gosman's in Montauk. The private beach, local convenience store, shops, Ben & Jerry's, fishing boats and Gosmans are all within walking distance. The owners have taken great care to provide everything a family needs to enjoy a stress free vacation - water toys, kayaks, outdoor shower, big yard, pack-n-play, comfy beds, washer/dryer, gym and a lot more. I've also stayed at this house for "ladies weekend" and had an amazing time! Next to the spacious kitchen is a huge deck second story deck with outdoor seating, an outdoor heater, tiki torches, surround sound music, and a new bar-b-que. My friends and I enjoyed watching the sunset over the water. Hands a perfect and all inclusive retreat for family and friends!!!

Family vacation

My extended family , a group of 12, stayed at this wonderful home for our summer vacation. It was a magnificent home that had everything we needed. All we had to pack was out clothes and some food. This home was beautifully decorated and located walking distance to the bay and a Short drive to the ocean. We were able to enjoy sunsets, paddle boarding, kayaking and long days in the sand while feeling at home. After a day at the beach we loved sitting on the outside porch eating appetizers and watching the sunset. It was a wonderful vacation!

Great place for kids

We rented this house with 6 adults and three boys under 3 years of age. I couldn't have asked for a better place for toddlers. There were gates on the stairs and tons of toys for the boys to play with. The yard was very large and the whole house was in excellent condition. Rachel, the owner, was very easy to work with and I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect Rental

The Montauk rental was the perfect getaway for our family who has little children. The house had all the amenities described and probably too many to enjoy! The house was very clean, well maintained and extremely close to the beach that was nice and calm for the little kids. great home for large or extended family vacation. We had four grandchildren - ages four months to seven years, and even on wet days there was lots to do with all the kid friendly games provided. Bicycles,the beach and a heavenly hamock helped to make the sunny days enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property and the quiet location - yet minutes away from great restaurants and only 20 minutes from the glamour of East Hampton

Great for Children

Stayed for a week at the end of September for a wedding at Gurney's. The house easily accomodated six adults and two young children (three, 19 months). Plenty of room for all. More toys than the children could want, including a motorized car. Long Island sound and beach are a five minute walk down the street. We went several times and were always the only people there. You can easily walk to small village (Montauk Harbor), which has a few restaurants and some shopping. The main town of Montauk is only a five minute drive away. Montauk Downs is about a three minute drive. House is really totally equipped, there is even a wine refrigerator. Rachel, the owner, is extremely helpful if you have questions about the area. Would strongly recommend to anyone spending time in Montauk.

Amazing house in a great location

We rented this house for 8 adults and 5 children. We couldn't have asked for a better house for a great family vacation. Booking: The owner (Rachel) makes the entire process very easy. You can immediately tell that she is very interested in making sure you have a great time. She sent over lists of items in the house before we booked so we could make sure this was a good match for us. House: Super clean. Great layout with enough room on the second floor for everyone to gather. The open floor plan was great for cooking, eating and relaxing together. The kitchen is large and contains everything you would ever need during your stay. Bedrooms were a decent size and the kids loved the bunk bed room. Nice large outdoor deck with table and plenty of chairs. Amenities: Rachel sent over a list of amenities and location of everything. This house really does have everything you would need. Under the deck you can find everything needed for the beach including kayak, paddleboard, life jackets, chairs, umbrellas, kids toys. Beach: Nice quiet private beach is a 2 minute walk to the end of the block. Beach is on the sound so it's relatively calm and great for kids. You can enjoy fires on the beach at night as well. Owner: As I mentioned earlier I can not say enough about how much Rachel goes out of her way to make sure you have a great time. She sent me over lists of places to eat and things to do before we arrived. There is constant communication and she provided cell phone numbers for us to call or text if we had any questions or issues during our stay. Overall: Best family vacation we have ever had. It's a great house in a great location owned by someone that wants you to enjoy it. I can't wait to go back next year.

Best Family Beach Vacation Yet!

We had a wonderful time in Montauk and this rental house was PERFECT! for our extended family. It comfortably accommodated everyone, was in a prime location to the more "kid friendly" sound side of the island which is less than a block away and an easy commute a few miles to the ocean side. The full size washer and dryer was helpful (and necessary) when traveling with kids and the kitchen, grill and dining seating was ideal for a large family. If we had to do the trip all over, we would not change a thing. In fact, we're already planning our next trip in 2014 and we hope this house is available again.

Montauk Family vacation

My parents rented this home for a week in August. It was a 50th Anniversary get togther for our them which included most of their children and grandchildren. The house was great. Bedrooms were spacious. The young kids loved the "bunkbed room". Great Kitchen with plenty of work areas and dining area where we held a few family dinners. The kids loved the large yard and all the toys, especially the raft and boogie boards! The house was walking distance to Gosman's so we did that as well. wonderful house for a large family, good layout, and large outdoor deck. We really enjoyed our vacation!

A wonderful week in a beautiful home

Rachel is a fantastic hostess who was helpful throughout our stay, and provided advice / little extras that were above and beyond our expectations. The home is lovely - brand new and very tastefully decorated. A very short drive to Surf Lodge and the heart of Montauk, and a short stroll to a private neighborhood beach. The large yard has a great hammock and outdoor patio for barbecue / lounging. We had 3 couples, 3 children between the ages of 6 months and 4 years, and a nanny. It was a perfect size for us. Rachel also has lots of toys and other equipment for children. The only improvement would have been a pool with the house, but again, the beach was very accessible and enjoyable. We highly recommend!

Incredible Vacation!

What a wonderful home! My husband and I along with friends had such an amazing weekend in Montauk. The house offered so many amenities (kayaks, bikes, beach chairs etc.) that it was nice to not have to worry about bringing anything other than our bathing suits! The house is brand new and beautifully furnished, with spacious sleeping rooms. The large deck was great for BBQ's and sunsets. The private beach couldn't be any closer. I love that we could walk down to the beach and were close enough that we could even come back for lunch. Shopping and restaurants were so conveniently located, only a 10 minute walk away. This is such a great place for families and friends to vacation. I can't wait to go back!

Fantastic Montauk House

We recently stayed with our four kids and had a blast. The house is absolutely gorgeous with plenty for the kids to play with. We walked to beach everyday (several times a day). The beach is not too crowded and nice and private. A quick walk gets you to nearby restaurants and shopping. The fun out there is simple and it was a nice break from the hectic schedules and running around of typical everyday living. The house was clean and the property well maintained. I found the owner to be very responsive and would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. One of the best rentals I've ever seen.
