Pool Update 2025:
The Rivergrass pool will be closed until the end of June (exact date TBD) as there is a migratory bird nest in the vicinity that cannot be moved, by law. The hot tub will still be open in the meantime.

The spacious main floor accommodates two inviting bedrooms, thoughtfully designed for your comfort. One bedroom features a king bed, inviting you to rest and rejuvenate. The second bedroom is a haven for restful nights, offering a single bed and a cozy single over double bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing stay.
Venture up to the loft and discover your private sanctuary. The loft features a king bed and fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The three-piece ensuite adds a touch of luxury to your stay, ensuring convenience and comfort during your time at 234 Rivergrass.
Kitchen
Step into the kitchen, where modern functionality meets comfort. This space is designed for convenience and creativity, offering all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. With its comfortable stools, the breakfast bar provides a casual spot for quick bites or engaging conversations while you whip up your favourite dishes. The open layout effortlessly connects the kitchen to the dining area and living room, making it a hub of activity where memories are made.
Living Room
Unwind and connect in the cozy living room, where the inviting fireplace sets the stage for relaxation. Whether curling up with a good book, enjoying a movie night, watching the game on TV (sports package included!), or sharing stories with loved ones, this space offers comfort and serenity.
Bedrooms
The main floor hosts two thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable king bed. The second bedroom is a versatile space with a single bed and a single over double bunk bed, perfect for large groups or families.
Loft
Ascend to the loft and discover your private oasis. You’ll find a comfortable king bed and a fireplace, which adds a touch of coziness. The three-piece ensuite ensures convenience and privacy, making your stay even more enjoyable.

Guest access
There is a communal pool and hot tub for you to enjoy, located within the Rivergrass complex. The hot tub is open year round and the heated pool is open 3 seasons. Kindly note that the shared pool area of this complex is not owned, managed or maintained by our team. We ask all guests planning to use the pool to bring their own towels.
For more adventures and activities for all ages, visit the Blue Mountain site to find day passes, single-use tickets and everything in-between! Bring your beach towels and toys! Beach access is available. Paid parking and entry tickets required.
Other things to note
Note: There is on demand free shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.
2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
