We love pets at The Aloe House! We ask that you clean up after your pets both inside and outside. There are cleaning supplies under the sink for indoor accidents. There will be an additional $50 cleaning fee applied per pet per entire stay.

BEDS & BATHS
This home can sleep up to 8 guests in 3 different bedrooms, with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin bunk beds. 2 bathrooms total with 2 showers and a bathtub.

The front bedroom has one queen-size bed with a Tuft & Need mattress and a 22" TV, white wood shutters help keep this room very dark for those needing extra shut-eye.

The large King Suite has a Zinus mattress, a lounge area, and a dedicated work desk station perfect for the remote worker. A 50" smart TV is hung across the bed for lazy lounging. The bathroom has a 2-person shower, dual vanities, and a barn door for privacy.

The final bedroom has 2, twin-sized bunk beds for kiddos or individuals with Zinus mattresses. Large storage under the bed and closet for luggage and treasures from your trip.

KITCHEN & DINING
There's a fully equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Featuring an electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and pots and pans.

Enjoy dining on a large 8-person dining table or outside on the patio to catch the desert sunset. On the patio, there's a propane BBQ grill for outdoor use.

A complimentary coffee bar cart is set up for guests featuring Peet's Coffee, various tea packets, a drip 12-cup coffee maker, and sugar.

A complimentary water cooler is also available, featuring cold, room temp, and hot water.

LIVING ROOM
The living room is the center of the house in this open-style concept home and connects the kitchen and dining area. A 55" TV with Roku, a large leather sectional, wingback sister chairs, and many board games are available for lounging and entertainment.

OUTDOOR
A large, paver patio with hanging macrame planters and two lounge areas are the perfect desert retreat. A large grass area for cornhole and a propane BBQ grill are available on this private patio. The backyard is the perfect place for catching amazing Arizona sunsets all time of the year.

PARKING
There is free parking for 3 vehicles in the carport. Please park in the covered carport in the front. Additional parking on the street if needed, please do not exceed two cars on the street.

ESSENTIALS
The house has fast Wifi, air conditioner, and heating as well as soap, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner in both bathrooms. Cleaning supplies are provided for any accidents.

EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT
The best way to ensure an early check-in or late check-out would be to book the date prior or the date after. I try to accommodate when I can but it's not always possible.
