Tässä 4. kerroksen huoneistossa voit istua ulkona ja nauttia upeista näkymistä omalta yksityiseltä erityisen suurelta, peittämättömältä parvekkeelta! Tämä parveke on yksi suurimmista, joita löydät lomakeskuksesta, ja se on täydellinen viihdyttäväksi tai vain rentoutuaksesi nauttimaan kauniista säästä. Makuuhuone on unelma, jolla on oma erillinen ovi terassille. Wonderful beach stay.

The process of renting the property, checking in, and checking out were very easy. The property was as described. It was very nice and a great location. The patio was very big and had nice afternoon shade making it perfect for the afternoon and evenings.

Spring Break

The condo was very nice. However, the view of the ocean was obstructed by painters on a scaffold the entire visit. The workers were always around which made it uncomfortable to go out on the deck. When I called the rental company they apologized but only offered local attraction coupons, which was discouraging. Overall we thought the resort was nice and the condo itself was nice but having construction employees on our deck the entire stay wasn’t what we were looking for on a vacation.

Very dirty & worn out, terrible!!!

As much as I appreciate the rental company trying to make it right, it was too late. The property was in I’ll repair & extremely dirty. Old dirt! I’ve never had to spend so much time cleaning on a property before. There was NO inspection done prior to renting out. Bad for VRBO & Gibson Beach Rentals, Tops’L Beach Manor 0404

our Anniversary vacation

No extra blankets, no salt or pepper available, only one trash bag in the kitchen and 1 pack for dishwasher, and no sponge for dishes. no map of the property, and nothing to grab hot pot from stove. TV and Wi-fi worked very bad. Overall the condo is outdated but we still enjoyed the ocean and pool.

Loved the app made everything so easy. The balcony was huge the view is just as advertised. So I realized the view was only upon standing, You also got what all the floors above you dropped off their balcony, lol. But still it was fabulous.The TopsL resort itself was ok. The pools were clean and neat. The grounds themselves pretty drab. Be careful when ordering from the tiki hut and restaurant they apply a 19% gratuity on everything and it's overpriced anyway. Not the friendliest group of people either. Though on a better note it was really good food. And convenience won more than once. Also no cash, everything had to be but on a credit card that had to be closed at the end of the workers shift.Location was good. Kids loved the tram service to the mall. The beach and water was fabulous. Not over crowded at all in front of our resort.Will definitely look for Gibson rentals for now on!

Beautiful property and room. The master bedroom mattress is in need of being replaced. We had to lay sideways due to a huge dip in mattress. The cause of major back pain. The room otherwise was amazing, would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you

Nice patio and short walk to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great experience. We would stay again. The unit was very clean, as described, and like the pictures. The patio is big and a nice place to relax. View from the patio is nice. The rooms had curtains which is a plus to me. I do wish the shower heads were the pull down ones, but decent water pressure. Short walk to the beach. Be aware that once you get to the beach it is a private beach, but there is an area designated for rental umbrellas and chairs, then for owners, and then it is where guest may set up. It is a small area, but lucky for us it was not busy while we were there. There are multiple showers to rinse off. There are two pools to choose from and one has a bar/ restaurant ( Blue Dune Grill) that has good food and service. I do wish the pickle ball and tennis courts had been available for our use, but that was on me because I didn't read that part thoroughly. It is not available for Beach Manor use. There is a Whole Foods and Walmart and other stores close by. There is also lots of shopping areas nearby as well.

Being familiar with the area, thought the overall property was very well kept for the age. Loved the location and interaction with everyone from the guys out at the beach who aided with the “beach wheelchair”, cleaning lady in the lobby, gal at the pool restaurant next door and of course the interaction with person at Gibson. The overall condition of the unit was somewhat concerning. The place had had a few upgrades, but needs an overall. Back of the doors needed cleaning. Curtains/ drapes need replacing. I was concerned about mold and mildew (my husband is a cancer patient). The huge patio was great and I considered hooking up the hose to clean it, but couldn’t find a faucet. Very soiled. Walked out barefoot and my feet were black. Bathroom doors were to narrow for my husband’s walker. Just a sign of the times and we made due. We would stay at the location again, but a different unit. Spring break getaway

Before we left for our 16 hour drive I called to confirm or reservation because it was not showing up on my trips in my vrbo app. The reservation was confirmed and I asked about getting in early to our condo if it was available and she said yes that should not be a problem-the condo looks like it was clean and just needed the inspection to verify and I was supposed to call in the morning when we got there. We got into town and called, was told it was not available, but if we wanted to pay an early check in fee of $115 + tax, they would see what they could do. Very unhappy that was not communicated to us when I called the previous day, otherwise I would have adjusted our travel time/plans. We ended up paying the money for early check in but we were really unhappy about them saying it was ready, but then not ready unless we paid, then all of a sudden when we paid the early check in fee, it was ready.

This condo is on the east side of the building, so you won’t get to see sunsets but the large patio is amazing for taking in the ocean anytime. This was our second time staying in Beach Manor so we clearly love the location, and it was also our second time renting through Gibson Rentals because they’re so professional and they never disappoint. Thank you for a great vacation!

Extremely disappointed

I rented this unit because of the big balcony that I saw on the photos. We stayed for 5 nights and were unable to use the balcony at all. Construction at the building, that I knew about, was staged on our balcony. I was not made aware of this. We couldn’t even open our blinds as the workers were on our balcony from 7:45 am to 5pm everyday. I hope that future guest will be better informed than my family was. I never would have rented this unit had I known I couldn’t use balcony or even opened the blinds. Vacation was ruined the minute we got there

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in June and was told there were upgrading going on in the complex...however was not told that the men were using our LARGE deck as a staging area. We were therefore unable to use the large deck that we were looking forward to enjoying. In addition, we were not able to open the curtains to enjoy the sun because when we did the men were there staring back at us. Otherwise, we enjoyed to place. It was very clean and sufficiently supplied.

Beautiful and Relaxing

This condo had everything we could’ve asked for down to two beach chairs and umbrellas and a small igloo for the beach!

A wonderful week at the Tops’l Beach Manor

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property rental was exactly as pictured. Upon arrival property was clean. Property manager contacted us early on day of check-in and we were able to check-in earlier than expected which was great since we got into town early. I used a previous renters advice and we brought our own paper towels, paper plates, plastic silverware, Kleenex’s, TP, dish soap and beach towels. The poolside bar and grill does not accept cash, so take your card to the pool with you. My kids enjoyed the poolside activities daily and the evening movie. They also enjoyed playing putt putt golf. We would definitely recommend this resort to others and plan to come back!

Great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo but bring your own beach towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, coffee grinds, and coffee filters. Beautiful condo but not very well stocked. The balcony is amazing but not very private, there are many people out on their balcony about the same time. When we showed up, it was clean and ready for us. The beds were comfortable and everything in the kitchen works well.

The condo was as listed.

The only problem we had was with the sleeper sofa. It was very uncomfortable and could not sleep on after the first night. The parking area was hard to park in for larger trucks. The condo was very nice and an easy walk to the beach.

October 2020 Stay

We rented Beach Manor #404. We were pleased with the unit and the service from Gibson. Please leave instructions to operate the TV in the living room. Other than that everything else was excellent.

Unit could use a little help

The location is great, the unit was a little old and it’s ready for renovation, but our stay was great regardless and Gibson management was top notch
