SECURITY: We have exterior cameras at entry points for guest and host security. There are NO cameras inside the home. There are also noise monitors that measure dB levels inside & outside to comply with city regulations.

This is not a party house, and we intend it for residential and for luxury vacation enjoyment/stay purposes. While we want our guests to enjoy themselves and celebrate special occasions with their traveling group, no parties or events are permitted. This is a quiet, family oriented neighborhood, please help us keep our neighbors happy while you enjoy the property and all the amenities we provide!

We have partnered with Scottsdale Bachelorette to make your group getaway as perfect as possible. This dedicated concierge service will arrange everything you need, from spa treatments, mobile IV therapy and in-house dining experiences to private yoga sessions, transportation and guided excursions.

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.

★ NON SMOKING PROPERTY★
Absolutely NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND is permitted inside or outside the home. This includes cigarettes, vaping, marijuana, cigars and all other smoking! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
