Kahele Kai, kolmen makuuhuoneen, kolmen kylpyammeen kaksikerroksinen rantakoti lähellä Poipun rantaa ja Brennecken rantaa. Jos etsit erinomaista loma-asuntoa Poipun rannalla äskettäin asennetulla, seinälle asennetulla Fujitsu A / C: lla yläkerran oleskelutilassa ja makuuhuoneissa, Kahele Kai on erinomainen valinta. Koti on tilava pohjaratkaisu, ylemmällä tasolla on valtava makuuhuoneen sviitti porealtaalla, toinen makuuhuone ja kylpy, merinäköalakeittiö, oleskelu- ja ruokailutila sekä mukava katettu Lanai, joka sopii hyvin BBQ'ingille ja nauttia auringonlaskusta Tyynen valtameren yli. Lähtötasolla sijaitsee viihtyisä perhehuone, siinä on mukava sohva, joka on täydellinen katselemaan suurta televisiota, ja ylittää odotukset. Siellä on myös minikeittiö, kylpyamme ja kolmas makuuhuone. Koti mahtuu 9 henkilöä.
Keskustasta, yläkerran oleskelutilasta ja suuresta katetusta lanai-alueesta on näkymiä kauniista valtameren merinäköalalla ja trooppisista heiluttavista kämmenistä. Brennecken ranta ja Poipun ranta ovat molemmat nähtävissä Kahele Kaista. Brennecken ranta on helppo 75 jaardin kävelymatka, ja saarella on PARHAIN vartalolle pääsy. Poipu-ranta on monipuolinen vauvarannan, snorklauksen, Waiohain lahden uima-altaan ja suosittujen surffauspaikkojen kanssa. Pitkän rannalla vietetyn päivän jälkeen voit kävellä rentouttavaa ja hienoa ruokailua alueella.
Tässä kaksikerroksisessa kodissa on korkeat katot, kattoikkunat ja näkymät jokaisesta ikkunasta. Ulkosuihkua ympäröi laavakivipuutarha, sitrushedelmien ja banaanipuiden puutarha sekä yrttitarha. Sisustus sisältää lainelaudan, jota omistaja käytti, kun hän ehdotti vaimonsa rannalle yli 30 vuotta sitten. Perfect space for a family getaway!

Fantastic home in a great location. Everything was comfortable and had all the items you need for a great beach day and to cook at home. Living room was comfortable and the views were great. We loved having the wagon, 4 beach chairs, and boogie boards to take down to Poipu Beach just a few minutes walk away. Would happily stay here again! Vicki our house was very responsive as well and super helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Kahele Kai! The house was clean and spacious as advertised. Management was very flexible and responsive in terms of check-in and check out. Location is exemplary – literally steps from a beautiful beach and/or hike. These accommodations were perfect for a stay in Kauai, providing a more intimate, authentic atmosphere suiting the island.

A well maintained house in a great location in Poipu. Short easy walk to Poipu beach with a beach rental shop along the way. We walked about 5 minutes to watch the sunset and then the turtles come in every night at the beach. Just a bit further down in the other direction is Makahu’ena Point where the waves are powerful. The house has everything you need for a family and is well stocked in the kitchen. We appreciated the laundry supplies and spices left in the house. The pictures of the house are accurate on VRBO. We struggled to find a comfortable temperature with the air conditioning units in some of the rooms (downstairs was hot and one of the ceiling fans in the bedroom would only work on the low setting). We did not use it but the rental comes with access to Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Overall a good stay.

Wonderful stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay at Kahele Kai. The location is ideal to stroll to the beach- teen boys loved body surfing Brennecke and the rest of us spent lots of time on Po’ipu. Saw multiple sea turtles and monk seals! For the first time on Kauai, this is now our favorite island- it is beautiful with lots to do, or not do! The home was great. It was very well-stocked with all we could need, the host was responsive with clear communications, and did I mention the fantastic location. We spent nearly every evening on the lanai listening to the waves as the sun set, and the home design really takes advantage focusing on the great views of the beach and ocean. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner helped keep it a bit cooler than outside, and the bathrooms were very good. Highly recommend and will absolutely love to stay here again!

Awesome location, great for family!

This place is worth staying at for the location alone! The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The house is within walking distance to a rental place for surfboards, snorkeling equipment and more which was super convenient for my young adult children. It was amazing being within walking distance to amazing body surfing, snorkeling and surfing spots. It fit our needs perfectly and we would love to come back! Thank you!

We loved this property. It was perfect for our group of nine (a mix of adults, teens and children). The house is a 3-5 minute walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches and a short car ride to everything in Poipu/Koloa. We had all that we needed in the kitchen to cook multiple family meals. The outside shower was a giant bonus and the air conditioning units kept the property nice and cool. We would not hesitate to return! Mahalo for a wonderful stay!

Great location!

It was a short walk to some very nice beaches. We slept 7 people in the house very comfortably and had everything we needed at the house. We appreciated the beach chairs and the kids loved the boogie boards. The view of the water was very limited. Everyone enjoyed our stay very much.

Amazing place to stay

This was one of our first attempts at a family vacation home instead of a hotel. This house really worked well for our family of 8. It was clean, tidy, and just perfect for our needs. It’s a block away from the beach so it was quiet. But with a short walk we were staring at the ocean and some of the best beaches on the island. Thanks for sharing the house so we could create such awesome memories! Highly recommend because we could hang out and share stories at the end of the day in the family room and eat a bowl of cereal whenever I wanted…:)

The house is spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Poipu365 was very responsive to texts. The only caution which is out of the hands of the owner are the middle of the night and early morning crows of the many roosters which are everywhere on the island.

Great house!

Overall, the house was very clean and in a spectacular location right next to three different beaches. The layout of the house was great with a separate living room downstairs a very lovely spacious main floor with a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the beach. They were plenty of beach chairs and beach equipment provided. Our only concern was that the property manager said we could go at 9 am and it would be cleaned and the cleaners were still there at 2pm, so I would just stick with your check in time at 4. Also, we did have a power outage, and there was only one flashlight, not sure how often that happens. We would love to return. It is a fantastic home.

Our family stay was outstanding! We have been to Poipu as a couple many times renting condos. This time we brought the whole family and had a party of 10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This house is in a great location allowing us to walk to the beach and not have to pack up vehicles for our beach days. The house was well stocked with everything a family may need for an extended stay. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Beautiful home - 9 of us comfortable for 7 nights

The house had all the amenities and proximity that you’d have a great poipu vacation. brennekke and Poipu beaches were essentially our back yards and we’re able to easily get out and enjoy the sunset while the kids played at the beach and enjoyed a shave ice. We were three families, one with two kids, one with one child and then the grandparents. The house was big enough that we were all comfortable. Thank you!

Perfect Group / family getaway

The house is spacious and close to the beach (easy walking distance even with toddlers). House comes with all the beach things you need (wagon, chairs, towels, sand toys, umbrellas). Access to Poipu. Each Club was a huge bonus. Communication with management was great. Highly recommend.

Family Trip

We are a nuclear family with ages ranging from 3 to 97 that saw this home and thought it would be the perfect place for us to vacation for our first time in Hawaii. It was absolutely amazing, so peaceful and beautiful, the furnishings were great, it was literally home away from home. The main level living was perfect for our Papa who is 97 and our Preteen young man who appreciates his time alone, but food close by. The upstairs was perfect as far as bedrooms go everything was wonderful. One of the things we miss the most is the deck, sitting out there and listening to the ocean and the birds, watching the sunset the amazing colors. Absolutely amazing paradise like place. Just around the corner to the beach, and the beach toys that are provided for use are wonderful. The air conditioning is awesome I thought that it really wouldn’t matter, but it is much more comfortable having air conditioning. The only frustration that we had, was that the main refrigerator and the ice machine did not work.

Excellent property very near beach

We had a wonderful stay at Kahele Kai. It was just as advertised with ocean views and short walkable distance to the beach. The property was spacious for our 7 extended family members. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well outfitted including an extra small coffeemaker for our decaf person. One thing to be aware of is that the athletic club included with the rental while an excellent place is a good distance if walking.

Amazing location, view, and home!

I cannot say enough good things about this property and its management. I scoured the internet to find a home that would be comfortable with a good layout, have a great location, affordable, and be decorated in an inviting way. This house has it all! My husband and I traveled with my parents who are in their upper 70s and our children who are 9, 11, and 14. It met all our needs. In fact, there is plenty of space for bigger families or even two families vacationing together. The boys shared a spacious bedroom in the lower level that also has a living space couch, mini kitchen, high top table, tv, bathroom, and couch. Very nicely decorated. Upstairs has an open layout with beautiful views of the ocean. We often ate outside on the lanai to enjoy the fabulous breeze, overhead fans, and great views. The kitchen has everything you need. All drawers and cabinets are stocked and super organized. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious and have great AC units (as does the basement bedroom and family area). They are relatively quiet and super efficient. There are chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, and a big cooler. Fantastic for taking to the beach. It is close to the action (easily walkable) to Poipu Beach, Brennecke’s Beach and the Puka Dog restaurant. Delicious hot dogs with a variety of specialty relishes and sauces. The management team is great. They answered all of our questions and were so accommodating. I give this house and management a five star rating.
