The space
When you walk down the steps to the private entrance and into the living room of this Platt Park neighborhood retreat, you are met by both comfort and security. Art abounds. Expert craftsmanship is evident everywhere in the built-in cabinets, shelves, and drawers. The L-shaped sofa has a choice selection of extra pillows, recessed lighting compliments the natural light from the garden level windows, and the TV has enhanced sound for your enjoyment.
In the bedroom, the extra-comfy queen bed has been embellished to give it a stylish flair. The bathroom has a spacious medicine cabinet and sleek shower.
Although it does not have a full kitchen, the South Sherman Sanctuary does have a work-station/dining area with a mini-fridge, microwave oven, and an abundance of great coffee and tea.
The backyard is an oasis unto itself. Hang out on the patio and enjoy the stunning landscaping that features a wide variety of flowers, shrubs, and trees. At night, string lights add an extra element of zen perfection.
Minutes from multiple incredible parks and golf courses, within walking distance of awesome restaurants microbreweries, distilleries, and dispensaries, not to mention access to your own backyard oasis, there are many ways to unwind at the South Sherman Sanctuary!
