Spectacularly situated with a 180-degree view of the surrounding mountains and valley, this luxe, light-filled retreat looks out over the splendor of Telluride from sunrise to sunset. You will take in an incredible scene from a gorgeous deck, a top-floor balcony, and the banks of picture windows throughout.

This chic, four-story house boasts a great location between downtown Telluride, two miles east, and Mountain Village, four miles south. As such, it's a beautiful escape for enjoying Telluride Ski Resort or heading into town to dine, shop, or attend one of the many annual events at Town Park. On the valley floor, across from the home, you'll have unbeatable access to mountain biking, fishing, and cross-country skiing. A walking and biking path leads right from the home downtown and hiking paths are available just steps away from the home.

You'll be immersed in luxury and style from the moment you wake up each morning. The four bedrooms are serene and sunlit, including beautiful mountain views. There's a primary suite lined with windows on the third floor along with a second bedroom with a private bathroom. On the top floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with its own balcony, workspace, and sitting area and a fourth bedroom - all with stunning vistas.

After a winter day of adventure, come home to unwind in a glassed-in living space full of elegant, contemporary furnishings. Take a seat by the gas fireplace, set the table for a sunset dinner, and cook with ease in the sleek kitchen with professional-grade appliances (including a Viking gas range and a wine fridge). Or warm up outside as you enjoy the sunset around the fire table. Come summer, step out onto the wraparound deck to dine alfresco or simply relax on the comfortable seating overlooking the valley.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
