Welcome to your serene retreat in the heart of La Fortuna de San Carlos. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and natural beauty. Wake up to breathtaking views of the majestic Arenal Volcano and unwind in your own heated pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

The best views of Arenal Volcano from a very comfortable villa, located just 2 miles from downtown La Fortuna and very close to all main tourist attractions.
It features 3 bedrooms, air conditioning throughout the house (Bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas), 2.5 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, relaxing PRIVATE HEATED POOL (31 to 33 Celcius / 87 to 92 fahrenheit), BBQ area, laundry area (Washer and dryer) and private parking with electric gate.
Air conditioning throughout the house (Bedrooms, living room and kitchen areas), you will be able to relax and cool off after your daily adventures or keep it cool if you want to hang out in the house.
The house features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:
- Bedroom 1: King bed, A/C unit and private bathroom.
- Bedroom 2: King bed and A/C unit.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, bunk bed and A/C unit.
- Living room: Full sofa bed with A/C and ceiling fan.
***Maximum people staying in the house is 10, however the base rate per night is for 8 people, each additional person will have an extra cost of US$25 per person per night so please add the total of people staying to get the correct amount to pay.
In case you are looking for a bigger space or 2 homes close by, we have another Villa just 1 block away with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms up to 8 people, it has a private pool too.

Hi my name is Sergio Brenes Iâm a chef with over 15 years of experience. I fell in love with cooking thanks to my grandma. I started Nativo Chef 2 years ago so you can enjoy local quality food from your Airbnb.
Breakfast includes coffee, orange juice and fresh fruit from $35 per person. Lunch and dinner are both 3 courses with cocktails included from $80 per person. We have kids, veggie and gluten free options. If you have are looking sometime different or tailored for you, Sergio and Karla will be glad to help you and prepare an special quote for your party.
We also have a bartender service, cocktail classes and cooking classes. Weâre happy to work on special menus for you.

On 2018 we create The House of Tours to provide our guests the best experiences during their stay in La Fortuna/Arenal Volcano area, we have the best tours and transportation services/rates in the area.
We manage/own about 40 properties in La Fortuna, we have a wide variety of options: private bedrooms, apartments, cabins, homes and villas up to 16 people some of them with private pool, hot tubs, nice opens areas, creeks nearby and more facilities. Over this years we have met lot of people which is one of the best things about working in tourism, every day we work very hard to make our guest happy so our business has been very successful thanks to the good reviews that we get from them.
Adding The House of Tours we hire Alonso Esquivel which is a expert tour guide and he works with us in the office so we can offer anything you need in La Fortuna, we have an office in downtown La Fortuna where we meet our guest so you donât have to go around looking your property just get to our office and we will guide you to your place.
