Great location decent condo.

We have stayed in PA several times. This location is perfect! Quinta Del Sol is a really nice place to stay. This unit has a nice view and 3 bedrooms. I would say overall it was a great trip but there are some things that need to be addressed in the unit. The kitchen only has basic supplies. If you want to make a decent meal, you will struggle to find the right tools to do so. There is only 1 sponge to wash dishes with. These get so disgusting quickly! It was difficult to do dishes with a disgusting stinky sponge. The master bath shower would not drain after a few days and we were standing in dirty water. The bathroom sinks squirt water all over the place. There are no ice cube trays. Ice is nice to make drinks with. The towels were old and stained. We love the area so we enjoyed our trip. After all, we are in paradise! I think things could be better if a few things were changed. Refills on water and some basic amenities like salt and pepper, spices, soap, and an umbrella. We would probably not choose this unit again as there are many others in the complex that are better.

Hyvää: Sijainti ja listauksen paikkansapitävyys

Unfortunate

We came to this property with our family to enjoy time together. Unfortunately, during our stay all the electricity went out, and we were in the dark with an infant and our family were forced to manage time in absolute darkness.. We were told the lights would be turned back on, but that was not the case he did not pay his electric bill. All of our food spoiled in the refrigerator, and we were forced to go out to eat and manage life by the light of our phones. Originally told he would compensate us for both inconvenience and challenges we had due to our electric being shut off, but that was not the case. He compensated us a few dollars for our meal out, but had originally promised to pay for the two days we lived in the dark. Don’t think I would rent from this particular location again , although the location of they physical apartment was good the fact that he didn’t pay his bills and we paid the cost was very unfortunate and disappointing.

Great Location & Grea Price!

The great location says it all! Steps away from the beach and beuatiful pool. Short walk to the restaurants & other amminities in PA. The outdoor balcony patio is big and wonderful. Easy, great communication with the host. Several reasons for the 4 stars: a few upgrades would be nice. New towels, the ones provided were quite old and stained but there were plenty. Kitchenware was chipped and sort of an odd assortment but it was all usable & fine. All applinaces were in great shape. I counted 5 lightbulbs burned out or on the blink, it's an easy fix. Also the living room ceiling fan wasn't working but all AC was good and the other fans worked. Most of the time we left the doors open and the breeze cooled things down nicely. Bathroom faucets need an upgrade...they spray all over the sink. Most of the art work was obviously removed leaving nails and scuff marks visible. A new paint job would really help. The small room was tiny with bunkbeds. We had originally planned for two teens to be in there but luckily our plans changed and we used it to store shoes, bags, etc. I'd only put small children in that room personally. The one bathroom needs work on the shower and floor tile. The host was so flexible with our needs and communicated promptly. The condo was very safe and we loved the location, size and outdoor space. Price was a bargain! Attention to detail would easily bump it up to 5 stars. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Nice, but missing a few touches

We've rented numerous condo's in PA (8x). This was our first through VRBO (booked last minute). Shani was wonderful and responsive. Overall, we really liked it. The unit has beautiful architectural touches (the brick ceiling, doors). The furniture is comfortable. We loved the door code and oven (not many units have). Lots of new pots, pans, fresh towels and sheets and a partial view of the water from the balcony is nice. The pools at the Condo are pretty. Where the condo could do better is with simple touch-ups to take it from basic to penthouse perfection: Provide guests with an extra bottle of water, clean sponge, dishwasher + laundry tabs, along with an info book on the unit. This is standard with most rentals. The kitchen dishes & glasses are mismatched, with chips. One serving bowl isn't adequate for family-style meals or food prep. A simple set is all that's needed. The bedrooms/bathrooms have black hand marks & scuffs on the walls & bathroom faucets/shower heads need to be de-calcified Let guests know the Smart TVs require USB to work so they can bring an adapter A few handles missing on dressers and buffets (an easy fix) These are really small things (a little love) that make a HUGE difference in guest ratings.
