Being on the lower level has its advantages as you can open the sliding glass door and enjoy your patio area or walk out onto the grass where you will find horseshoes, badminton, tetherball along with picnic tables and other games for your use. A few steps further and you will find the Cabana Club clubhouse, which is a popular spot to play some ping-pong, foosball or take a nice soak in the hot tub. Outside you will find our seasonal heated pool. Like beachcombing or clam digging? No problem, walk across the street and a short block down and you will find public beach access. Birch Bay also has restaurant, pubs, bike rentals, kayak rentals, or rent a golf cart and take a drive around the bay, not to mention the C Shop candy store and more all within a mile of the property.
