Kitchen comes with all things to make a full meal
Living room has a 60” smart tv with all of the apps installed
Bluetooth stereo speaker, Record player with vinyl, books, games etc
Coffee maker with coffee for our guests in the mornings
Our house is on a private dead end street so lots of peacefulness and beautiful walking trails right outside of the door.
-Jacuzzi is a soft tub outside and requires an extra fee for heating and cleaning. Plz message us at least 3-4 days prior if you’d like us to set that up
*we offer early check in and late check out for an extra fee plz inquire prior
*We have lake access within 10 minute walking distance with a private HOA swim dock and tennis court.
We also have a private HOA park within a 5 minute drive with a swim lake park, boat launch, basketball & volleyball court, etc. Rules:

*there is a security camera outside only that records and monitors 24 hrs a day for security purposes. If any of these rules are broken you will be asked to vacate the home Asap and will not receive a refund
