This gorgeous first-floor condo will be your next favorite getaway spot! With so many amenities to enjoy, you will love every minute of your vacation, from the pool and hot tub to the beach access equipped with foot washing stations, to the community grill and picnic area, everything you need to have a successful and relaxing time!

Inside, you will find light and airy décor with plenty of natural light. The open floor plan allows everyone to spread out yet be gathered at the same time. With plenty of seating and a well-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, meals and snacks will be a breeze. Each bedroom offers a ceiling fan for your comfort, as well as comfortable beds to sink into for a night of recharging. Spend your days swimming in the on-site pool, or for those beach days of fun in the surf and sand, there's an outdoor shower to help keep the sand out of the house and your beds. Relax on the covered deck as you sip your coffee or favorite cocktail and take in all the sights around you as you listen to the ocean.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
