Bring your boat or other watercraft. Gather around the fire pit, enjoy stunning sunsets and stargaze. Dine out, or grab drinks at the 3 local restaurants (10 min drive). 1 hr drive to Charlotte, Columbia, Carowinds & Riverbanks Zoo! 30 mins drive to downtown Camden. **Linens, shower essentials, paper towels, toilet paper and firewood- all provided for your convenience.
The kiddos love playing on the splash pad, and our home is located on a quiet cove, which makes it ideal for enjoying swimming, fishing and kayaking... without boat traffic.

***NOTE: The water level has been lowered by Duke Energy (approx 2 feet) to allow for updates to one of the Wateree dams. The project is scheduled to be finished by March 2024. If you plan to trailer in, or dock large, motorized watercraft, please inquire for the most up-to-date information.

You understand the use of kayaks and paddle boards, as well as, swimming, and any other aquatic activities provided by the Host, involve certain inherent risks, including, but not limited to, falling in the water, injury, drowning, and other dangers associated with aquatic activities. You and your guests, hereby release and hold harmless the Host and its representatives, all claims, liabilities, causes of actions, cost, expenses, whether at law or in equity, in connection with the use of the kayaks, paddle boards, inflatable watercraft. You and your guests agree to use the kayaks, paddle boards and inflatables responsibly, following all safety instructions provided by the Host. You and your guests agree to wear appropriate safety gear, such as life jackets, while on the water. You confirm that you and your guests are physically and mentally fit for kayaking, paddle boarding and use of other aquatic items provided by Host, and do not have any medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in these activities.

Additionally, with regard to the loft ladder, you and your guests agree to follow the safety rules provided by the Host, including refraining from climbing the ladder if under the influence of alcohol or any medications that could impair one’s balance or judgement, or if you or guests have any balance or mobility issues regardless of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You and your guests hereby release and hold harmless the Host and its representatives, all claims, liabilities, causes of actions, cost, expenses, whether at law or in equity, in connection with use of the loft ladder. You and your guests agree to use loft ladder responsibly, following all safety instructions provided by the Host.
