Tasokasta Lakefront Lomavuokraus Heart of Poconos

Merkittävä järvenparannus on nyt käynnissä. Uuden spillwayn rakentaminen. Tämä hanke on edellyttänyt järven tyhjentämistä tilapäisesti. Odotamme, että järvi on jälleen hyvä kuin uusi syyskuussa 2019. Sillä välin olet tervetullut nauttimaan kahdesta Stillwater-yhteisön järvestä. Molemmat ovat kävelyetäisyydellä omaisuudestamme.

Sydämessä Poconos, tämä moderni koti on Summit Lake monien huoneiden Lakefront mieltä. Se sijaitsee Holiday Drive välillä loma ja vapaa-Lanes.

Koti sisältää 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 täyttä kylpyammeet, suurta taivasta valaistu auringon huone / ruokailuhuone, täysin varustettu keittiö ja perhehuone, jossa on suuri näyttö kaapelitelevisio, kaasutakka ja biljardipöytä. Langaton internetyhteys on mukana. Kaikissa huoneissa on myös kaapeli-tv. Parketit kaikkialla. Lakanat ei anneta.

Loistava paikka rentoutua. Kesällä mennä kalastamaan ja veneilemään 3 hengen kanootilla ja 4 hengen riviveneellä. Ui yhdistyksen uima-altaalla ja rannalla. Cook ulkona kannella kaasugrilli tai paahtoleipää vaahtokarkkeja ympäri palo kuoppaan järven rannalla.

Vuokrat ovat perheille ja perheryhmille jopa 10 henkilöä. Ryhmissä, joissa jokainen on yli 25-vuotiaita on rajoitettu 8 henkilöä.

Koti sijaitsee lähellä Camel Back, Big Boulder, ja Jack Frost hiihtokeskuksissa. Kalahari, Split Rock ja Camel Beachin vesipuistot ovat vain muutaman minuutin päässä. Kasino, Pocono Raceway, ostoskeskukset, valtion puistot, ja monia muita nähtävyyksiä tekevät tästä ihanteellinen paikka ympäri vuoden hauskaa.

Great Stay in August 2025

We had a family of 8 stay in August and everything was great, we had no issues. Check in/out was so easy. The view of the lake was amazing and relaxing. My nephew caught fish every day in the lake. We especially liked access to the rowboat and kayaks.

Family lake vacation

The lakehouse was amazing! Very roomy and comfortable! We played cornhole every day and played pool every night! The only thing I wish they had was an umbrella on the deck for some shade in the morning and early afternoon. Other than that it was perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

House was well appointed and spacious. The property and view were beautiful. Loved the fire pit and boats. The pool table was a bonus; especially when the weather wasn't cooperating. Instructions for the rental were helpful and detailed. The owner, Pat, was wonderful. Very pleasant and professional. Loved this mini-vacation that was not too far from home.

Beautiful Home

I rented this home a few days ago for my father's 50th birthday. First, Pat is super helpful and quick to reply to any concerns that i had with the home. She is a wonderful owner and a pleasure to do business with. Second, the home itself is beautiful and well kept. My family and I truly enjoyed our time here. There are plenty of fish in the private lake behind this home. My nephew and niece, ages 9 and 11 were both able to catch fish on their first try. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home!

Great cozy space on the lake

Overall we had a great time staying here. The neighborhood was nice, the lake was beautiful and overall everything was as described. The house was well stocked with spices and pots and utensils. The house was clean. There is one space by one of the fireplaces that a few of us stubbed our toe so just be careful. Patricia was a great host. We enjoyed sitting outside for hours at all different hours of the day. The fire pit looking over the lake and underneath the stars was kinda the icing on the cake. Would def. Look forward to staying here again.

Ski Trip During Christmas Break

We stayed at the house during Christmas week. We were a party of 6 with 3 kids ages 7-11. It was spacious and very clean. Everything was very efficient. The kitchen was stocked with essential supplies which was very helpful. We skied at Camelback which was a 20 minute drive. It was extremely cold outside during the week at 5 degrees but the house was nice and warm. Instructions provided by the owners on the house was very clear. The pool table kept us entertained when we weren’t skiing. I can imagine this to be a nice place to stay during the summer with the supplied canoes for the lake, bbq grill and big backyard.

Water Outage & Poor Communication

We experienced a water outage from early morning until evening, lasting 8 hours, on the second day. This caused major inconvenience for our group of 12 as we couldn’t use the bathroom, shower, or even clean dishes to cook food during that time. The water quality was poor, likely well water, and not suitable for drinking or cooking. Additionally, there was no supply of paper towels provided. When I requested a reimbursement, the host ignored my messages. There was also an uneven floor with sharp edges in one room that caused discomfort when walking into the living room. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

Fantastic location, nice view

Property was as described in listing. Check-in is easy and owner communication is great. The home has 2 full baths, 3 bedrooms with 7 beds. This was great for our group of 6 (with no couples) so everyone needed their own bed. One bed is in a upstairs loft area (so a semi-private space without a door). Beds were comfortable. As many other reviews state, the kitchen is well stocked with items you may need, including spices, foil, plastic bags, etc. I'll add that this stock is way more generous than I've seen at other rental properties. So, as another reviewer said, "Check the pantry before you go shopping." Teens enjoyed the pool table, foosball and strong wifi. View of the lake is nice, and the house has a lot of windows in living room and upstairs bed room. If you sit outside in the firepit area, the sound of the water is relaxing (at least in winter it was when there are no boaters.) The location is close to many area attractions, including Kalahari, Camelback, Great Wolf Lodge, Paintball Asylum, and a short drive to several other ski and snow tube locations. Walmart, a few supermarkets and restaurants (fast food and local) within 10 minutes, so if you don't want to cook, you don't have to. Communication with the owner was proactive and clear. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful summer!!

We were here for 3 months and had a fabulous time. The house is so comfortable, spacious and bright with so many windows and skylights. There is room for multiple families or an extended family. The kitchen is well stocked with so much that is needed, so make sure to check out the supplies before you shop. The setting is the best and the property is beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the peace and tranquility. The location is the best on this lake. We loved walking in the neighborhood. It is quiet and there are many streets to explore. There is another lake about half a mile walk away. There is a rowboat on the dock and there are ample fish in the lake, but it is catch and release only. There is fishing equipment and many life preservers for all ages. It was fun watching the swans, ducks and occasional geese on the lake. The two swans spend most of their time on this lake and they are beautiful to watch. There are many state parks that are close by and they all have picnic areas and hiking trails. Shopping is very convenient with 2 supermarkets close by. Pat, the owner, is so friendly and helpful and it is very easy to communicate with her. She is charming and cares so much that all is well. We will definitely come back again.

Sun and Fun at Pocono Summit

This lovely vacation home, footsteps from Summit Lake, was spacious, and the bedrooms were perfect. Our family of five loved the sturdy dock and deep 3-seated rowboat, the very short walk to the lake, the clean, well-maintained patio with wooden Adirondack chairs, an expansive porch, a grill, many comfortable couches, a large living room, plenty of TVs with cable, a large dining table for eight people, soft rugs, air-conditioning throughout, and ample parking—😁! Plenty of bedrooms were in this rental to choose from, 2 well-furnished bathrooms, with skylights and many windows, bringing the outside light in throughout the day. The house does have gorgeous views all around, outside and inside- (even from the kitchen!), but for us, curtains and shades would have added some privacy and cooling factors, especially in the early mornings and then later at nite. Surprisingly, the neighborhood was a little noisier experience than anticipated with airplane, train, and vehicles close enough to hear. Not changeable, obviously, but not to our preference for a quieter get-away. A few additions could include, at least one umbrella to give needed morning shade for sitting at the sturdy picnic table/multiple patio chairs on the well-appointed porch. And a 4-person table IN the large kitchen area, with the functional high-chair island that is already there may be another idea. Boating and fishing in the boat were great—sunfish, bluegills, & calico bass were all caught—captured in photos—and released in the plentiful lake. Swimming in the lake during our time was limited to the lake’s wide corner beach or the Still Water Association’s swimming pool. But, the pool was closed due to construction (understandably, out of the owner’s and our control), and we did not choose the option of purchasing beach passes for swimming at the beach this time. We loved the sky views and lake outside, even catching a 180’ rainbow during our stay!! The lake also had a “turtle rock“🐢 - that we counted up to nine turtles on at one time- amazing!! Visits from beautiful swans, ducks & geese on the lake complemented our vacation time here. We would recommend this vacation home as a sunny, playful, relaxing and fun experience for families and friends in Pocono Summit.
