In our home you'll find an adorable front porch to sit and relax with your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine, a backyard with lots of comfortable seating for evening cocktails, a Weber grill for bbqs, enclosed outdoor shower, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, tankless hot water heater, wifi and beach chairs, beach tags, towels, umbrellas, boogies boards and beach games (giant Jenga, spikeball, and paddle ball) for those glorious Margate beach days.

Description:2 bedrooms on the first floor (each with a queen bed), a pullout couch (queen mattress) on the first floor, 3rd bedroom on the second floor with 3 single beds and an office on the second floor with another pull out couch (double mattress). All linens (sheets and towels) are included. Driveway parking for 2-3 cars.

Perfect Location! Within a couple blocks (walking distance) of our home, you'll find the beach! Great restaurants/bars – Bocca Coal Fired Bistro, Taco Cat, Greens and Grains, Waterdog Café, Starbucks; Casel's grocery store, the liquor store, hardware store, and Margate bike shop. For those willing to go a bit further, we are just a few miles from both the Ocean City boardwalk and Atlantic City boardwalk.
