The Space:
This charming unique 5 room boutique hotel has common areas and private rooms. There is a groundkeeper that loves onsite and is here, dedicated to your wellbeing, comfort and enjoyment. Ask her for recommendations, to arrange a chef dinner in the dining room for you, or to call you an uber- she is happy to service you and available 24/7. If you'd like tea, coffee, something prepared, heated or made for you, just ask. She can share the history of the home with you, tell you about the volcanoes, and walk you through some of the original art and artifacts on display in the old home.

COMMON AREAS: Features a large dining room, a central garden with fountain, a library with a working desk for peaceful reading, working or just enjoying the afternoon, a seating area in the central courtyard, a chef's kitchen which is for staff use only, but they are here to service you. Just ask, and they will guide or assist. A beautiful rooftop terrace with table and views of the volcano which you can hear echo in the mountains as it has mini bursts which take your breath away., The lush gardens of this home are enchanting. Also, enjoy the pool on the main floor when you feel ready for a dip.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.

PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.

PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, a portable crib for the little ones, complimentary WiFi, and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.

Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.
