Hanalei Colony Resort C4 boasts a prime beachfront location, offering you direct access to the secluded white sand beach that fronts the property. This two-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is designed with your comfort in mind. The open-concept living area is tastefully decorated and features all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare simple meals or dish up your favorite take-out, and the dining area seats 4.

The main bedroom bedroom includes a plush king-size bed and tropical decor. Fall asleep to the gentle ocean breeze and wake up rejuvenated for another day in paradise. The second bedroom includes a day bed so you are able to sleep a third person comfortable. If you prefer, use it as an office, the desk is a perfect work station - just make sure to close the blinds so you won't be distracted by the view! Please note that the bedrooms can be closed off from the living area with wooden louver doors, which provide visual privacy and preserve cooling airflow throughout the apartment, but do not serve as a barrier to sound.

As a guest at a privately managed unit in the resort, you are invited to make full use of all of the facilities such as swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue area, and guest laundry room. Certain services provided by the resort staff are not available to private renters, such as the towel exchange window, and the resort shuttle.

While wonderfully furnished and right next to the beach, please know that the development was built in simpler times. The units are smaller and have kitchens to match. Some normal amenities will be absent given the space and purposeful attempt to honor the simplicity of earlier times: you won’t find a dishwasher or washing machine in any of the units (there is a laundry room on the premises), and most units have no televisions (though wifi is available for those of us who can't escape work or want to stream our favorite shows).

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned.

This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down stairs. There are no elevators.
