The condo you made your reservation for is privately own and its not part of the hotel/resort program. You can still use all the amenities in the resort but the staff and other services are not part of our company and its privately owned, so please for any questions or requests please contact us directly right here through the booking platform.


Resort Fees:

A daily resort fee of $35 will be charge upon check-in directly with the front desk. The resort fee will include: 2 beach chairs (3rd party company- Boucher Brothers). Pool and Jacuzzi access, and Wi-Fi throughout the property.

A Registration fee of $50.00 per stay will be charge upon check-in directly with the front desk

Parking: $40 per day. Valet parking. There is no self parking.

-Events are allowed on a case by case basis. NO parties are allowed at all.
-Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony only. With the balcony doors closed. Smoking inside of the unit or if the inside of the units smells like smoke, can result in a fee.
