Pool/jacuzzis are heated year-round. Check out this relaxing, peaceful retreat. Get recharged by the ocean breezes and sound of the crashing waves.

This upgraded unit is part of the desirable Niguel Beach Terrace complex located directly across from beautiful Strands Beach. This home has all the essentials needed for your stay. This home offers a smart TV, full kitchen: standard size refrigerator, stove, sink, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, plates, cups, utensils, in-unit washer & dryer with starter set of detergent.

Guests agree to keep the property in good condition and are financially responsible for any items missing or broken. By booking this home, you are agreeing to the HOUSE RULES and you agree you are personally liable for any personal injuries that may occur during your stay at this home.

--Access Code:
Will be sent through the Airbnb app 24 hours before check in. You will have complete privacy and will be able to come and go as you please.

--Check-In is 3pm:
You can check in anytime after 3 pm and as late as you want. No early check-ins.

--Check-Out is 10am:
Late check-outs are not available as we have to clean the home for same day arriving guests.

What we provide to get you started:
-2 rolls of paper towels per month
-2 toilet paper rolls per month
-starter set of trash bags
-starter set of dish detergent
-starter set of laundry detergent

Linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, tea, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish soap, household cleaner, broom and mop are all included.

--WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:
Everything else not listed above that you would use or need more of.

--PARKING:
One covered carport is reserved for your use and there's lots of uncovered guest parking available.

--SMOKING:
No smoking or vaping of ANY KIND; it's absolutely PROHIBITED inside the home.

--PARTIES:
NO parties and NO events are allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated.

--QUIET HOURS:
Are between 10pm and 8am everyday. Any noise violation penalties issued to our address during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit. If you need a home where you party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you, and we CANNOT host you.

--POOL & SPA:
2 heated jacuzzis available and heated year-round. 1 community pool.
Pool hours are 8:00am-10:00pm.

--HEATING:
Thermostat is in the hallway. Set it to desired temperature. Heating unit is a hydronic unit and takes time to heat the unit.

--COOLING:
FANS and cross breeze. Unit receives nice ocean cross breezes with sliding doors open. Due to HOA restrictions, no A/C unit is installed. **Portable AC unit can be provided upon request.

--BARBECUE:
To operate, open lid then open propane tank valve. To turn on, turn the valve on the far-left of the BBQ burner knob and simultaneously press ignitor. When finished, turn off burners, close valve on propane tank, clean, then cover.

--SMOKE & CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS
Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and installed. Please exit home if carbon monoxide detector goes off.

Guests can enjoy 2 bedroom condo, 2 attached patio spaces, community pool and jaccuzi.

We have a keyless entry that can be accessed with a code. I am available via text/ call or Airbnb app
