Älä anna meidän varattu kalenterin estää sinua. Täytä lomake joka tapauksessa ja saatamme pystyä huolehtimaan lomasta tarpeisiin, kun kaikki!
Dan ja Katen Place istuu yksityinen umpikujan varrella varmuuskopioita Huntington Beach State Park. Talossa on avoin ja tilava pohjaratkaisu, jossa on viisi makuuhuonetta-kolme makuuhuonetta päätason ja kaksi alemmalla tasolla. Jokaisella tasolla on oma perhehuone joten se suuri perhe, jossa teini-ikäiset tai kahden perheen lomalla yhdessä.

Kun kirjoitat Kriketti Loop huomaat upea vanha Tammet josta Espanjan sammal jumittuu. Dan ja Katen Place antaa tunteen yksinäisyydestä mutta silti vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta, koska se on tallessa takaisin pois "Loop" alas ajotieltä raja metsissä puiston. Kun kirjoitat talon huomaat kaunis puutyö ja puuparrut holvikatto sekä avoin iso perhe takkahuone ja 40 "taulutelevisio vieressä täysin varustettu keittiö ja ruokailutila. Tämä huone näyttää yli reipas turvatarkastus takakuistilla joka ulottuu pituus talon, josta voit nauttia äänet aaltojen. Makuuhuonetta tällä tasolla on tilava ja kuningas makuuhuone kylpyhuone, kuningatar makuuhuone ja huone, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta, jotka on kylpyamme niiden välillä. Alas kierreportaat löydät toinen valtava perhehuone, jossa toinen 40 "televisio, DVD-soitin ja pelijärjestelmä ja lasiovet unohtaa patio takapihalla. On kaksi makuuhuonetta tällä tasolla. Dan ja Katen Place sijaitsee pohjoispäässä North Litchfield Beach. Tämä alue ranta on vähemmän tungosta, koska ei ole yleiselle rannalle parkkipaikoilla tai asunnot. On paljon tekemistä, vaikka! Talo sijaitsee hieman yli kilometrin päässä ruokakauppaan, muutaman kilometrin Murrels Inlet joka on tunnettu monista kalaravintoloita vuori kaunis kävelytie pitkin sisääntulo ja muutaman kilometrin päässä eklektinen Pawley n Island kauppoja. Nice, Secluded Location in Litchfield

Our annual golf trip this year was in South Myrtle area and we stayed in this home. We had plenty of room, kitchen was awesome, pool was beautiful, all in all it more than met expectations. Beach was a short walk away. Close to Caledonia, True Blue and TPC Myrtle. I would absolutely recommend this home!

Comfort and Luxury

What an awesome, cool place to stay!! I loved the fact that it was a welcoming and comfortable home. We had three families on our trip, 5 adults, 9 kids. It slept everyone comfortably without using sleeper sofas. The new room additions are BEAUTIFUL!! The pool, yard, decks are immaculate amd so functional. This place is great for families as they even have beach chairs and equipment, bikes, and floats. Highly recommend for a comfortable and relaxing getaway!!!

No Spa

House was nice, checking in at a reality office is very archaic. My keys were in an envelop pinned to a board in front of the building. My name and rental property address were on the envelop. That is really odd, why not a digital lock on the house? The main reason the house was chosen was the fact it had a spa. When we get there the spa is broken. They finally get it repaired the evening before we left, to late for us to use. Won't be going back to this house. False advertising!

Cozy Beach House

This was such a sweet house! We were four adults, two middle schoolers, and two toddlers. Plenty of room. Kitchen nicely laid out and large enough for two or more to prep food together. Huge screened porch with hammock and swing. Wood panelling lends a cozy feel. It would be a nice house to go for a fall weekend. Bikes and wagon were much enjoyed!

Great stay!

The house is as advertised. It's not fancy but is clean and very spacious. It's on a quiet circle with a shaded lot. We enjoyed the huge screened in porch across the back of the house. We went with our four grown children, their spouses, and our grandson. The five bedrooms spread over two floors worked out great for us, and there are living rooms on both floors. It is a short walk (2 minutes) to the beach and comes with carts, chairs, bikes, and kids' toys for playing in the sand. It was perfect for what we were looking for and we had a great stay!

Great location, ok place

We had a nice time here, particularly on the screen porch. Excellent location. The place is fine, kind of shabby, run down, but not bad. Just one of those older rentals where you can tell not much is being done upkeep or cleaning wise. The owner seems nice from her message, but the real estate company handling the rental is terrible. Rude, misinformation in various emails, unclear. And it seems a waste of time to make people drive to their office for key pick-up/return when most places now use a lock box. We will probably try another option next time, and try to avoid this real estate group, but still might consider this house mostly due to location and price.

Dated and dirty property

We had such great hopes for this property. We knew it was a dated house but hoped for the best when we booked. We were left disappointed to say the least. Upon check in, we had just traveled 7 hours to this property and all needed to use the restrooms. The first we entered had urine and toilet paper in it and was def not clean. We then needed to clean all three bathrooms ourselves in order to let our kids and guests use the restrooms- they were gross. The sofas had stains all over them, there were nail clippings on the living room floor. The bathrooms had little to no water pressure if anywhere else in the home was using water and the temperature went from freezing to scalding with little to no warning. One of the toilets rocked as the floor was rotted underneath as well. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans but most were dirty and extremely old could stand an upgrade for sure. One of our guests fell and broke her leg when entering the back deck which is painted and very slippery. There was no floor mat on either side of the door either due to the ill placed floor air conditioning vent which was right in front of the back door. The air conditioner however did work well, all of the grates needed significant cleaning. They were caked with dust and dirty. It was obvious that no one had been cleaning this home for some time and could have been a lot cleaner. There were worms and spiders all over the basement as well. Super gross. I know this is the south but with regular cleaning this should not be as bad as it was. For the money you spend renting this home during the off season I would say it wasn’t worth it at all. Beach access is a considerable walk. It is not as close as they advertised. They did supply beach chairs and toys which was a definite plus. Overall we had a place to sleep and shower. But I would not rent this home again.

Golf get together 2024

Dan & Kate's Place was very clean, had all the essentials needed to cook, the pool was fantastic. Only 1 block from the beach. Recommend this to everyone. We'll be coming back!!

Great location, needs maintenance

Could be a great house if someone cared about it. Loved the quiet location but needs maintenance. Shells and other junk piled on every surface, in the cabinets so that no one could clean even if they had a good cleaning service, which apparently they don't. Everything needs to be taken out of all kitchen drawers and cabinets and cleaned. No fan in the bathroom and the windows painted shut, stove burners not connected, dishwasher shelf falls out when pulled out. Pictures fell off walls, clocks were hanging up yet didn't work, several lamps were broken.

This property was perfect for us. Location is great. Lots of space for everyone to spread out with two livingrooms and private backyard. Property is a bit dated but the price more than makes up for that.

Nice cottage and location

Really enjoyed our stayed at this cottage. Liked the secluded feeling of the location which is very different from most Carolina beaches. House was very clean upon arrival. Plenty of space which was really good, too.

Beautiful rental!

This house has it all! It has everything you would want in a beach rental. Ample room for a multi-family stay. Cute screened in porch, fully stocked kitchen, a large sectional couch in the living room and they even have family board games! Would definitely book here again. Only one slight upgrade I would mention would be the mattresses. Otherwise it’s a great rental!

Quiet and peaceful

This is a great family vacation home. Not on the beach but close enough to walk. Not a brand new home but very comfortable. Plenty of dishes, utensils and other necessities. Great location as you can spend a day at the beach, ride a bike around the community or hop in your vehicle to take in the sights and adventures of the area.

Golf Trip

Ideal location for a late year golf trip. Plenty of room to spread out both inside and out. Morning coffee on the back deck made checking work emails almost enjoyable. Had a brief internet outage but owner responded asap. Great value with some old school charm. Appeared that furniture in main living area had been recently updated so owner is definitely mixing in some upgrades to add some modern appeal. It was perfect for our group and would plan to stay again if our travels bring us back to the SC low country.

Beach house in the woodd

The beach was a few blocks from the house.. an easy walk. We had fabulous weather for 3 days. Reason for our stay was a family wedding in nearby Georgetown. We enjoyed the house very much!

Great Home for Two Families

The house is so close to the ocean yet very private on a dirt road and big backyard. It was nice and peaceful and had so much room with two separate living areas and big front porch and large screened in porch. A great vacation home!

Great location

The location was as good as it could get if you're not ocean front. It was a short walk and easy access. The house is in a good neighborhood and quiet. The rooms are nice size. The ground floor has a queen bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds, a large den w/ TV and a Foosball table (kids and adults loved it), and a laundry room. In the laundry room is also a full size fridge.The bedrooms have a bathroom between them with a tub shower combination. Upstairs which is the main floor has three bedrooms. The master has a very comfortable king bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with twin beds. It worked perfectly for our large family. There is another large living area with the kitchen also located upstairs. So yes, this is where the groceries go.... up the steps. The kitchen is fully equipped even down to large pots for crab legs or a low country boil to muffin pans for making muffins for breakfast. There is a lot of positives for staying at this location. Now the negatives.... the house is dated and could use some upgrades. I also didn't feel that the house was clean. In fact, I know the sheets in the master were not. It could be that the previous renter made the bed before leaving and the maids didn't check it. I ended up buying my own sheets for two of the beds. I washed every blanket in the house. When we got there, they were laying on the backs of all the chairs and sofas. The extra pillows were on the floor in the closets and not the shelf. I would recommend taking your own sheets or having a chat with the rental company before going. Its known to us all that companies are having issues hiring and the rental companies are having the same problem. We had plenty of beach chairs, but both umbrellas were broken. My family loved the bicycles and all in all, wehad a great week.

The Dietz family purchased Dan and Kate's Place (formerly The Cove) in June 2011 after looking in North Litchfield for nearly 3 years! They were looking for the perfect vacation get away and believe they found it! Dan and Kate's Place is named after their two children.

It is close to a beautiful beach but also seems secluded since it is tucked up to the edge of a park. The house is great for multi generational families because of the two separate sitting areas, one which is also a game room. Our favorite part is the screened in porch.

We love North Litchfield. We grew up vacationing in nearby Myrtle Beach and we still love that for the fun it has to offer. But by being in North Litchfield we have a quieter area with fewer people on the beaches and can get to the action in Myrtle in less than 30 minutes. It really is having the best of both worlds.
