Gather with your loved ones in the large recreation room, complete with a pool table, comfortable seating, and a treadmill. When hunger arises, the well-equipped kitchenette boasts all of the necessities for whipping up delicious dishes. When you'd prefer a drink, the separate wet bar is the perfect spot to practice your cocktail-making. When you aren't whipping up your favorite dishes inside, head into the vibrant city center of Pagosa Springs where you'll discover a wide range of delicious eateries and cafes. While you're out and about, be sure to pay a visit to Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts, Rocky Mountain Wildlife Park, and Wolf Creek Ski Lodge. If you're playing outside in the water or on the slopes, don't forget to utilize the home's provided tubes.

Back at your stay, utilize the shared washer/dryer to refresh your adventure garb before crawling under the soft linens available in each of the bedrooms.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
