Nestled within the picturesque seaside town of Ogunquit, Maine, "Our Happy Place" is a captivating two-bedroom, two-bathroom storybook cottage that embodies the essence of cozy coastal vacationing.

On the first floor, you'll find a charming bedroom, perfect for a restful night's sleep, along with a separate full bathroom featuring an elegant glass shower. The open and inviting living room is the ideal spot to unwind and create cherished memories, and the fully stocked kitchen, though without a dishwasher, provides all the amenities you need to prepare and savor delicious meals. The highlight of the first floor is the large four-season sunroom, a haven of natural light and tranquility, offering the perfect setting for sipping your morning coffee or losing yourself in great conversations with a night cap after a night on the town.

As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover a queen-sized primary bedroom adorned with comfort and sophistication. This room features a spacious ensuite bathroom, complete with a walk-in glass shower and a charming clawfoot tub, all illuminated by the gentle glow of a skylight, creating a serene and luxurious atmosphere.

Outside, "Our Happy Place" unveils a generous green lot, where you can bask in the beauty of the outdoors. An expansive outdoor shower invites you to rinse off your beach adventures while the patio becomes an inviting space for dining or simply soaking in the sun with your charcoal BBQ.

A clothesline is thoughtfully provided for the simple pleasure of drying clothes in the crisp sea breeze. Please be aware that a washing machine is available, but there is no dryer.

Situated in a tranquil and friendly neighborhood, this cottage is a perfect retreat designed for couples seeking a romantic getaway. Please note that "Our Happy Place" may not be ideally suited for young children, making it an ideal hideaway for those looking to enjoy the peaceful ambiance and intimate charm of coastal Ogunquit, Maine. Perfect cottage
This property is exactly as it is listed! Lovely house and beautiful property. The location was excellent. Temps were dropping when we were there and the cottage was very comfortable. I highly recommend this property! We hope to be back again some day!

Very nice and comfortable cottage!
From the very beginning of scheduling our trip with Linda, it became obvious that she was focused on our needs and preferences. The cottage is very well appointed, super clean and beautifully furnished. Linda went out of way to address some needs that we had based on my partner’s health needs. From the minute we stepped in, we felt at home. We would highly recommend this renter if you want to enjoy Ogunquit to the fullest!

YOUR HAPPY PLACE WAS OUR HAPPY PLACE
PERFECT! My husband and I along with our son, who was home visiting from VA, spent 6 nights in this adorable, immaculate home. It had everything for a very comfortable, cozy stay. The decor was so cheerful and tastefully done, the kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need, the bathrooms were beautiful and the outdoor shower invigorating. The porch was so relaxing and peaceful for morning coffee and drinks and appetizers after the beach. The beds and all the linens were wonderful! The landscaping all around the home was lovely with beautiful succulents and hydrangeas and mandevillas in bloom! We very much appreciated the comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas that we used every day for relaxing afternoon/evening time at the beach and low tide made it hard to leave the beach! Beach parking does fill up quickly especially on a beautiful day and was $30-50 a day. We would get dropped off at the beach and park back at the house and it was about a 10 minute walk to Footbridge or 20-25 minute walk to Ogunquit beach. Was a beautiful walk along the beach! Trolly option available to get back to the house after the beach to get the car for beach pick up if not up for the walk. We grilled and used the fire pit one night. The location cannot be beat and was perfect for us. We loved the morning sunrises on Footbridge and Ogunquit Beaches as well as walks along Marginal Way, best beach for walking and running! One foggy morning was pretty neat at the Nubble Light in York. Perkins Cove nearby is a picturesque spot and we enjoyed a sunset cruise viewing the amazing coastline. Appreciated the restaurant recommendations. Highly recommend the Greenery Cafe for breakfast. We enjoyed a couple of rounds of golf in nearby Kennybunkport and Cape Neddick. We love OGT and the surrounding towns and enjoying every minute of it with our son made for an even more memorable stay for us. Your attention to detail in your happy place made it our happy place too. Thank you!
