Bring your flip flops and walk to everything you need. Walking distance to fancy to beach casual restaurants, bars, live music, shopping, grocery store. Renovated spring 2024 All new linens, Kitchen items, beach chairs/towels, umbrella, boogie boards, paddle board and more. Heated Pool, friendly building here in Paradise. 3 month min stay. Join others making this there destination for the winter season. California King bed master bedroom. 2 Queen Bed Guest Room. Both have full ensuite private bathrooms. New TV's, ROKU, Netflix + in all rooms with cable and Wifi. Tell Alexa to play beach bar music to set the mood . Create your cocktails at the bar, listen to some vinyl while you gear up for the most amazing sunsets right from your balcony.
Beautiful well kept building includes large heated pool, lots of lounge chairs, tables, grills, private beach access, gym, sauna, pool table room. Walk to jet ski rentals. Multiple fishing charters nearby.
Quick ride to downtown St Pete, Clearwater, Tampa. Beach Trolley & FREEBIE RIDE also takes you many places. Come and enjoy Paradise!

I get to share my love of Floridas West Coast with you and yours. We are an experienced VRBO Host our other property review did not carry over. This property is even nicer than our prior Tierra Verde condo as stated here

We had the best experience at Marilyn’s! The condo is gorgeous - renovated in a modern coastal decor, and incredibly clean. We were so comfortable that it quickly felt like home. The three private balconies allow you to truly enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. We enjoyed many sunsets on the large private balcony overlooking the water. The location is also fantastic - just a short drive to multiple beautiful beaches, or to downtown St. Pete. Marilyn is a wonderful host! We are really looking forward to the next time we stay here.

The most beautiful spot on the beach with the iconic Don Cesar in your background beach view. Fully renovated makes this extra special. Personal touches throughout to make this feel like your vacation home.
