Beautiful days on the water and spectacular nightly sunsets await at this custom waterfront estate on the sparkling shores of Sarasota Bay. This luxury home is the Florida Gulf Coast at its finest, offering a boat dock, a heated swimming pool and spa, and one of the only private sandy beaches in the area.

This bayfront property feels exclusive and removed, tucked away near the end of its road in Bayshore Gardens. Yet it's also a quick drive to downtown Sarasota (eight miles), Lido Key (11 miles), Longboat Key (12 miles), and Anna Maria Island (12 miles), with ample parking awaiting you on your return.

The property was designed for making the most of the balmy Florida weather, from the expansive lawn lined with palms to the screened lanai that flanks the rear of the house. Take out your boat or the two provided kayaks for a gorgeous day on the water, unwind in the pool and spa, or fix a few cold drinks at the outdoor bar. There's a wealth of covered outdoor seating for lounging, barbecuing, and dining - both on the pool terrace and upstairs on the shaded lanai.

Inside, find a natural space for entertaining, with breathtaking views of the bay from almost every room. A recent renovation has given the home a refreshed sense of luxury, from the lofty ceilings in the foyer to the entirely new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy a large living room, a formal dining room, and a sitting room just off the kitchen, all with direct access to the outdoors. Each day will begin and end in the rec room downstairs, complete with gym equipment for your morning workouts, a pool table, a cornhole set, a TV area, and a bar.

All five bedrooms open to the outdoors, including a fantastic primary suite with two walls of glass, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. The four bedrooms on the second floor all have their own TVs while the downstairs bunk room adjoins the rec room. Central air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, complimentary WiFi, and such family-friendly amenities as a Pack 'N Play and a high chair are provided as well.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Security camera details: This home has five active cameras; they are able to record video and audio. There are three facing the driveway and one facing each side of the home.

Dock details: There is a dock but the boat lift is not for guest use. The marina nearby has a boat launch and storage.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
