This is a short-term rental with a minimum 30-day lease. It is currently available for stays of 30 days or more.

There is a short application that Laguna Woods requires, and it takes 10 days to process. There is a fee associated with the application ($160.00). This fee gives you membership privileges to all amenities & includes photo id cards. Additionally, for $25, you can get automatic gate access, thus avoiding guard. Please Note: Laguna Woods requires that at least one resident be 55 years of age or older. Also, as part of the HOA application, a separate short rental agreement is required.

Owner pays for water, trash, cable tv, internet and electricity (up to $125/mo). All exterior maintenance, gardening and 24 HR security are included in the rental amount. Tenant is expected to keep the unit clean during their occupancy. A cleaning service is available every 2 weeks for an additional fee.
