Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 4 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest, this includes children & infants.

This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet / per week. Cats are not allowed.

"The house was very clean with a great location, just down the canal from Vaca Cut, giving you boat access to the ocean and bay within minutes. We walked to Fish Tales, a great seafood market and restaurant and also to our charter out of Captain Hooks. This house was perfect for our vacation."
