Step into this newly remodeled Mini-Penthouse studio with sweeping ocean views from your private balcony. Itâs everything you need to unwind:

âïž On-site 50s-style diner and community room with fridge, puzzles, and a TV

Brand-new cabinets, kitchen sink, full-size fridge + separate freezer, microwave, toaster, portable stovetop, and yes â a drip coffee maker!

-No pets (building rule) $250 cleaning fee + non-refundable cancellation
-Quiet hours: 10pmâ8am
-Guest must be 21+ and the person booking must be the one staying
-No booking for someone else
-Rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking
-$250 damage deposit hold + $39 accidental damage waiver apply
