Responsible person (i.e., person booking the property) MUST be 21 years old. Responsible person shall sign the following the City of Indio's Informational Form and Guest Acknowledgement per the City's rules.

QUIET HOURS: No noise between the hours of 9PM to 8AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM to 8 AM Friday and Saturday. Please respect our neighbors and our community.

If the police are called due to a noise complaint, you will be responsible for the fine.

Upon request, the jacuzzi may be heated for 2 hours for free. After that, $35 fee will be apply. Jacuzzi heat is turned off during quiet hours from 10pm-8am.

Pool heat is an additional $75 per day. We kindly request 24 hrs advance notice in order to heat the pool, as it take time to heat up the pool.

FYI - Pool is cleaned twice per week on Tuesday & Friday afternoon. Landscapers come Wednesday afternoon.
